I just picked up my new car yesterday, and was quite pleased with the process! As a first time car buyer, I don't have much to compare to, but I thought the process was fairly smooth. The only few hitches was that I had to fill out and sign the contracts twice, as they didn't save the first time, and there was a brief delay on pick up as a flaw was discovered the night before I was supposed to pick up the car. However, they fixed it and I was able to get it early the next week. The best part of the process was definitely the customer service, as since I was a first time buyer I had lots of questions and everyone I spoke to was super helpful and friendly, and walked me through a lot of the steps. They also work a lot of hours so you can contact them earlyish in the morning and in the evening, which I really appreciate. Finally, I got a fair price for the car I wanted, and had a fun experience at the vending machine pick up place, instead of having it delivered! The 7 day return policy is nice, as you can essentially have a 7 day test drive. One final detail is when I got the car the gas tank was full, which was a nice touch. Overall good experience and would buy again in the future!
