Well I've got to say that all of my fears went away when I set my sights on a 2014 Prius C Three - in bright orange. I knew I loved Habanero before I met him. I was willing to take a chance on the experience because of the perceived convenience and the fact that I found my perfect car on your website.
Well ya'll blew me away. Navigating the purchase process was fairly simple, and phone lines to customer service reps was always an option. No wait times. Ever. The phone was always picked up by a real person.
I knew I couldn't get all of the cash I needed transferred to a bank account in my name overnight, so Steve and Carly were able to secure me an additional 72 hours to figure everything out.
THEN when my license was checked, I received notification that my license was suspended. Active suspension began at 5:09 pm on 3/31 - Carvana told me by 5:21 pm. I won't get into details why it was suspended (cough, ex-boyfriend, cough) BUT this would never have been brought to my attention in different circumstances. Steve worked with me to extend my hold on the car even longer - securing me the same delivery date, which was essential because I was selling my car back the following day to VW - diesel scandal grr :(.
Then came delivery day. I got a ring from T.J. on his way over, citing the exact time he would be at my house. Let me just say he was SUPER. Knowledgeably, kind, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic to be at his job (who wouldn't be, he's like Santa Claus delivering car presents).
The car's profile was accurate (thus far) and I find that Carvana was very honest and easy to work with in general. I would 100% recommend this service again.
