Used 2009-2011 Toyota Corolla

I bought Toyota Corolla 2011 and I'm so happy with it except some dings in the paint that were not reported on the website. However, great customer service and great Idea.

Decent car. Needed the inside detailed. Melted crayon in middle console.I would have liked the car cleaned better inside. Will have to go to Toyota Dealer to get a second key. They told me it will be two hours to have it programmed and and new key made and that is with an appointment. Otherwise the car was what they said it would be.

Best buying experience EVER. Usually I know the vehicle I want, I find where they all are and drive all over the state the test drive and haggle with a dealer or person. Carvana narrowed the search to just a few cars in my price range with the exact features I wanted. The car was delivered, brand new tires, full tank of gas, very clean and a $25 gas card included. I'm a senior citizen who needed a newer car to replace my 1994 Corolla which had been a faithful friend for 24 years. Carvana reached out to me and brought me a beautiful 2014 Corolla. This car is in mint condition. My mechanic checked it and found it 100%. Your company and its caring service personnel made this a fine experience. Wonderful to find people who still care about customer service. Each time I called to ask a question, I was greeted by helpful and very pleasant, informative people. Keep up the good work!

It was fast and easy with no hassle and it didn't take hours it only too minutes. The customer service is awesome, kind and respectable and don't mind helping you in any way they can if possible. I didn't get my car delivered I went to pick it up myself and the staff were also amazing. If you decide to buy a car from Carvana and live close to one it will be a good experience to go pick it up yourself.

I went to a dealership last weekend to test drive and look at a couple of cars. The salesman although friendly was not giving me the answers i wanted nor needed to hear. On the way home I remembered Carvana from my companies website. I became curious as to wether or not this was really a better, easier, and less stressful way to buy a car. I started by looking through carvanas search rnginr and found several cars i liked within the price range i wanted. Once I made a decision to buy my credit was pulled and i was approved in minutes. I picked the car i wanted, added a warranty since carvana guarantees you are buying a vehicle at or below value i figured why not. The electronic documents took a few minutes, I snapped a picture of my drivers licence and insurance and uploaded them to the site, picked out my delivery date and was done in less than 30 minutes. Two days later my car was delivered by a helpful young woman who explained the paperwork and gave me my keys as well as a prepaid card for a second tank of gas! I work for an autorefinance company so i am used to this stuff but the entire experience blew me away. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a car without the 5+ hour experience you will get at most dealerships. I do not buy brand new cars anyway but i will never visit a dealership when making a vehicle purchase again unless its for a test drive! And I Love my 2014 Toyota Corolla S :) ! (But i could take it back within 7 days if i decided)
