Used Black Toyota Camry

I found the whole buying process to be very is place and easy to work with. When I did have questions the reps who answered phones were very helpful answering all my questions. Delivery went very well. Only two negatives at this point. I was very disappointed only one key was provided. The answer I got from delivery man and when I called the office was " we give you what we have" . I find that to be very inconsistent with the Great service I had received. Someone buying a car new or used should get two keys. If the dealer needs to provide a second key it should be done. Now I have to go out and have a key made at $100 to $300 for a microchip key to start the car. I also had to have a key made just to open door in case I lock my one ignition key In the car. I would have expected more based on my experience to this point. That is disappointing. Second is minor regarding cleaning. Whomever cleaned the windows didn't roll them down because the upper section of both front door windows is caked with a black crud. I can clean it with winded. A minor detail for,sure but details count. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase thru carvana.

Where do I start.... I was initially impressed when I seen the concept of this company while watching the nightly news, decided to check out their site( super user friendly) Impressed with the fact that their used cards are certified and very up to date. I applied, got approved within and hour, was told exactly what I qualified for, how much the payments would be on any car on their site, and the requested down payment. Needless to say I picked a car and picked it up yesterday. I was handed a large coin to put in the vending machine and there came my black 2015 Camry!!! Love this experience. I would highly recommend. Oh and they gave me a 25.00 gift card for my next gas tank! Love ❤️ this place. Thanks Carvana!!! I hope you guys have massive success.

My first car purchase after moving to the US. I have an extremely busy schedule and it was becoming impossible to try each dealer and test drive vehicles during working hours. Haggling with dealers was very draining. I started my search on carvana after i had read about it. The more I read the more confident I felt about giving it a shot. And now I have a beautiful black camry without any hassles. Honestly, I have no idea why people go to dealers anymore!

The entire car buying experience was excellent. Great customer service, I was also impressed how the owner treated his employees. You get the feeling everyone enjoys working for Carvana, appears to be a great place to work. I was impressed that Carvana gave me the $1,000 Black Friday/Cyber Monday bonus after I had started the buying process, they never flinched and were very responsive. Thank you!

Purchased a 2014 Camry SE for my kid's 16th birthday. I am one who has always loathed the car buying experience, in particular the amount of time shopping around at dealerships and having a trail of sales guys hounding me. When it came time to look for a car a friend of mine told me about Carvana.com and I decided to take a look (although he failed to tell me he had a $500 off code!) . I was immediately impressed by the website. Whereas dealership websites offer a few pictures and are hard to navigate, Carvana's website really stood out. I found the vehicle I wanted pretty quickly and the interest rate offered by Carvana was outstanding (I have a pretty high credit score) - so I did not have to shop around for that. Crossing the t's and dotting the i's at a dealership can last for hours, but completing the transaction on Carvana was a snap. Car was delivered right at the designated drop-off time and the representative was excellent. The car itself was in great condition, and we have been driving it for several weeks now. I would definitely recommend this to others!

I have already recommended Carvana to several people. I looked at several vehicles but finally just entered the criteria of the vehicle I was looking to purchase and got a notice when it showed up. This is my kind of car shopping!

I was very impressed with the overall car buying experience with Carvana. The process was simple, the car was exactly as described and the delivery was on time. I was a little concerned about buying a car on line, but couldn't have been happier with the process. Prior to making the decision to buy through Carvana, I spent 4 hours at a dealership without agreeing on a price. With Carvana, the process took less than 30 minutes and the car was delivered to my house!
