The condition and mileage were accurate and carfax was negative. There were only a couple of things Carvana could have done better….I selected a delivery date and they had to push it back a couple of days. Then the day of the delivery, I was called and told it would be late because it had not been detailed. The car arrived 39% charged. The previous owners were not wiped from the computer so we could not transfer the car to the app to get it charged. We charged it on the previous owners dime. We had to go to a Tesla dealership to get info on transferring ownership and how to get it charged. Luckily, after an email to Tesla and proof of ownership, within a few days the car was transferred. Now we will see how long it takes to get the permanent license plates. They said they fixed that problem. Overall, I would definitely buy from Carvana again.Read More4.3 OUT OF 5

It was a little weird at the time of pick up because the car was already on the ground charging. Instead of just bringing it to me they took quite a while trying to get it loaded into the "vending machine" just to bring it right bravo down. So wasn't really respectful of my time in my opinion probably added 20 minutes. Then after getting the car I needed them to clean something off the exterior drivers door which looked like red lollipop. They did it so that was cool. The only other frustrating thing is the customer satisfaction things they won't do to help a customer keep a car after the trial period. Disclosure: I did keep the car! But I asked about getting the Tesla roof tinted as I had no idea how hot the sun was coming thru the ceiling glass, I mean the glass is really dark so you'd assume it keeps out the heat. Let me tell you it absolutely does not only UV! My head was sweaty 10 minutes into the drive (I'm 6 foot 5), so I asked if this is something Carvana could do. I mean I just bought a $60k car I don't think it's unreasonable to ask. The answer was no. That's was pretty disappointing and a reason I'd probably do a traditional dealership for a future purchase where I know a request like this would be seriously considered.Read More3.5 OUT OF 5
