I bought at 2015 Subaru Legacy through Carvana. I have a hectic schedule, and they made the whole process so easy. I found the car I wanted online, a few phone calls later (maybe 20 mins on the phone), call to my bank to wire funds, and Carvana even had my car delivered to my office. Just bought a 2015 Subaru Outback for my college daughter who totally loves it. The car arrived/delivered right on time and looks are the same as on line. I liked the 7 days to decide as one never really knows. 7 days are up and we bought it. Yes. I would recommend buying this way as everyone was polite, courteous and no pressure. Thanks Carvana Team. When I began looking at vehicles on Carvana's website I wasn't really even seriously considering trading cars. Then their selection caught my eye, particularly the way they described and showed the features (and flaws) of each car. Then I began investigating their pricing, and lo and behold, it was below KBB values for the car I was interested in. Next I went through their trade evaluation process, and again was pleasantly surprised at the allowance they would give me for the trade in of my current vehicle. The next thing you know, a 2015 Subaru Forester was sitting in my driveway where my old car had been.They even take care of the tag application so I don't have to go and wait in line at the tag office. I don't think I will buy a car in any other way going forward. I detest going to dealerships- Carvana has definitely ruined me from ever going to one again.

I bought my 2015 Subaru Forester from Carvana. This was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. From the 360 degree virtual tour to the delivery, it was a pleasure. The car was exactly as advertised. The customer service people I spoke with were so nice and helpful. They all just want to know what they can do to make your experience wonderful! Maddie, the young woman who delivered the car, was a delight. I'll never buy another car from anywhere else except Carvana. There's absolutely no pressure from anyone. Why go through the stress of buying from a dealership? You can sit in the comfort of your own home, choose from a selection of great cars, talk to wonderful customer service people AND get the car delivered to your home. What could be easier?

I have had my 2015 Subaru Outback for a little over a week, and I could not be happier with the Carvana experience. The entire experience was easy and even fun (weird for a vehicle purchase!). I'll definitely do it again!

I just recently bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy from Carvana and it's been officially 2 weeks with my new car. I can say without a doubt that I am in love with my car and I have not one single bad thing to say about my experience with Carvana. Such amazing customer service and their website is so easy to navigate and use! Just to attest to how awesome the staff is at Carvana, I was badly rear-ended on my way home from work the DAY OF my Carvana delivery and I called Dalton, the amazing guy dropping my vehicle off and he waited for me at my house while I dealt with the aftermath of my accident. So I can't say this enough but THANK YOU CARVANA!!!

I bought the 2015 Subaru based on reviews of the Crosstrek, the mileage, and resale value. The car is smooth, corners well, and has great ergonomics. My only complaint was that it was not disclosed that the previous owner was a smoker and the interior smells like Vegas in the 80s. I will be spending extra money to shampoo and detail in order to remove the stench.
