Love my new car but definitely ran into some glitches. Got a text that an email was coming, requesting more info. Email never came and next text I get is that my purchase was being canceled as my proof of insurance was not uploaded. No mention anywhere that it needed to be done within 24 hours of original purchase, then found out it had to be in effect about 3-4 days before delivery. Fortunately, I had a second vehicle on hand that allowed me to switch my insurance over. Next- I swear I saw somewhere that I needed to get a 10 day payoff letter for my trade in. Got it and then was never asked for it. Once I got it, I realized I owed about $300 less than I reported. Still not sure how or if I am getting that difference back. Wanted to set up payments every 2 weeks but not able to get that figured out. Last situation- the day before delivery, I get an email that my plates are being shipped in 5-7 days. I call in a panic (BTW, hard to find a phone number), that I'm getting the car tomorrow, plates in 5-7 days. The person I spoke to was very nice and reassured me that the plates were probably over-nighted. She promised to call an hour after delivery. She did call, but 4 hours later. Thankfully, the plates were already on the car when delivered but it was definitely a source of worry I didn't need.
