Obviously I'm really happy I did. Their prices alone were the best I saw (also keep in mind no dealer fees with Carvana). Â Their customer service and overall attitude that my experience was a priority to them was unmatched in this industry. I switched vehicles three different times while trying to decide if the car I chose was right for me. I ended up going with a Subaru Legacy and it was worth it. I chose to finance my car through Carvana and have already made my first payment. Purchasing was a BREEZE. I had all my documents needed and had them verified within minutes. I was pre-qualified at that point and began searching for a vehicle. I chatted and called when I had questions and they were answered thoroughly. I was outside of the delivery range but the representatives let me know that there was a Carvana location about 1.5 hours from me. I met the rollback as close to home as I could and my car was delivered at Wal-Mart. Matthew was the rep I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable and personable. He went over everything that he knew about the car. He even offered to meet me earlier that day. Matthew brought me a Carvana bag with goodies inside and I was pleased, especially after reading reviews were people complained about not getting one. I did not get the vending machine coin but that's not a big deal to me. Matthew explained the warranty from both the dealer and Carvana to me as well as how the process works. I decided not to test drive my car that night because it was cold, late, and dark. Besides, I had 7 days to drive it and decide if it was for me. I fell in love with the car and am so glad that I made the purchase. I have emailed back and forth with Matthew and he has always been prompt to follow up with me. Matthew did advise me the night my car was delivered that I would probably go through two temporary tags before receiving my tag. I am okay with that due to the holidays as long as that is what happens and I don't have a temp tag for months on end like I've read about. I let Matthew know all my worries upfront with reviews that I read and he answered all questions I had without hesitation. I purchased my car on 12/07/2017 and waited until now to write my review because I wanted to exceed the seven day trial and then some and write about my experience. The only hiccup I have had is that my car was advertised to have navigation and did not. I called Carvana and they sent me a 100.00 check for their error after my seven days passed. I felt that this was fair and accepted the check in lieu of. I would buy from Carvana again and have had many people ask me about my experience. Everyone's experience is going to be different but I suggest you do your own research before buying the car. Carfax's are great but you need to do research beyond that. - Michael A.JAN 25, 20182015 Subaru LegacyElgin, SCI selected my Subaru a month ago with about a 5 day delivery time of Jan 2. On Dec 30 I received an email from my local rep (Taylor) that my car was in town but he felt that there were some undisclosed issues with the engine and body and did not feel comfortable delivering it like that. On Jan 2 (the next working day) I went and looked at the car and agreed that it sounded a bit wonky. Taylor gave me options... We can send the car to our people to be fixed, I could take the car and have it fixed myself and Carvana would pay for it, I could choose a different car, or I could walk away. I chose to have Carvana fix the car. After more than a week (I was out of town) I contacted Taylor about the repairs and to my dismay the car was still not fixed, "sent back twice untouched by the Carvana repair team", and he had made an appointment with a local dealer to have it looked at. After 3 more days of waiting and a single day at the local dealer there was a problem identified and corrected. There is still same undisclosed body work that needs to be corrected that Carvana is supposed to pay for. I have taken ownership of the car and will get the bodywork completed as soon as the check arrives. I want to applaud the customer service team, especially Taylor, for the attention put into making sure we are getting the best used car possible at the lowest price. However, I feel more attention needs to be given on the front end with the 360 photos and the initial 150 point inspection conducted.Read More4.2 OUT OF 5

No dealers trying to talk you into buying different vehicles or add-ons! They show you the price and what your monthly payment on the car would be, and how much your down payment would be if you even needed to put one down, before you choose to buy it. I loved the 360 view of the car. And it even showed if the car had any flaws. They delivered it to my front door on the day I had selected! My car had even arrived earlier than scheduled so they called to see if I would like it delivered sooner, unfortunately my schedule didn't permit it. Overall, amazing experience. Staff and customer service was outstanding! I have already recommended Carvana to friends and family, and even my co-workers! Will never go back to a dealership again! We were looking for a particular model of for my college bound son... we had looked at many used car dealerships and private sellers with much disappointment. While searching CL I saw an ad for Carvana... we were impressed with what we saw and read so we took a chance on them and were very please in the end. They delivered the car on a truck that had been decorated for the Christmas season and even brought some school supplies for my son... that is a top notch attention to detail type business. We did have unforeseen delivery issues due to misplaced keys but everyone at Carvana that we dealt with were very accommodating in attempting to get that issue resolved ASAP... that is the only reason I rated delivery as good and not excellent.
