They also give you freebies and goodies. Totally took me off guard in that aspect. The car was clean and had the new car smell, drove awesomely. I realized my second key didn't have a remote, so they paid out of their own pocket to get me a new key w/ remote. I'm telling you, I hope they are still around 10 years from now when I buy another car. It's a new concept but I tell everyone about Carvana.
