Used 2009-2011 Subaru Crosstrek

I have never bought a car from a dealership previously, and avoided them like the plague, but in searching for a new Subaru Crosstrek to buy, I came across Carvana. They had my PERFECT car, and I was instantly on the phone with a Carvana Customer Advocate. I put the vehicle on hold, asked a million questions that they were more than happy to answer, got my financing, and 7 days later my beautiful new car was delivered to my driveway! It was everything that I expected, and everything that they promised it would be. My experience with Carvana was amazing, and I absolutely loved working with everyone that I spoke to. There was no hassle, no pressure, no hidden fees, and no confusing contracts. I never could have imagined that buying a new car could have been so easy, but they made the process simple and fun! I would recommend Carvana to anyone looking for a new car and a great car-buying experience!

I never knew buying a car could be this easy, and this fun! From shopping, to delivery, this was truly an amazing experience! Fast, easy, professional, pleasant, etc.! We are now a two car Carvana home!!

I liked the ease of the website my only issues where that the car was delayed and I did not get an owners manual for my car. They offered me $25 per day refund on each days delay and promised me an owners manual. If they come through with the promises I'll change my 4 stars to 5 stars.

I'm very happy with my car, however, the process having my documents verified had major room for improvement. I immediately submitted all documents required of me online, but apparently no one got around to reviewing them and confirming my delivery date, so the day before my delivery I got an automatic email saying my delivery had been cancelled because they were still waiting on documents. I called to see what had happened, and initially, the person who I talked to said that I hadn't submitted my documents, but when they actually looked, it showed that all my documents were there and no one had even looked for them. Meanwhile, I had no way to know that carvana was still 'waiting on my documents,' as the website said they were under review and no one contacted me for anything. So, I had to recoordinate the sale of my old car and cancel plans so that I could make a new delivery date, since apparently my original date was no longer available. I eventually got my car, but now that I am waiting on carvana to complete my permanent registration, I got an email saying that they are waiting on documents to complete the registration. Lo and behold, they are the SAME documents that they said were missing for car delivery, and they had them all along! This was sorted out as soon as I actually talked to somebody, but it is kind of annoying that I wouldn't have had any of these problems if someone at carvana had literally just looked through the documents I submitted.

I do not like to negotiate with car sales people...this was the way to go

I decided to use Carvana because I was nervous about going to a dealership and getting a terrible deal. Carvana allowed me to set my own payment amount and really make sure I wasn't getting something I wouldn't be happy with. Since they have a week-long return policy I had no worries about getting a lemon and being stuck with it. I was able to take my car to my mechanic and discover that there were no issues. Everything about my experience was easy and completely honest.

I hate buying cars. Only bought two prior to this and it sucked. Like 6 hours to go through all the paperwork. We were in and out all with trading in a vehicle too in like 45 minutes. Will buy all future cars through Carvana too.
