Enjoyed the purchase process generally. The Site makes it easy to shop and really get a good idea of what you are buying--then having 7 days receives any stress over what you might think when you go see the car. The Carvana showroom and people I visited were friendly and nice environs and the vending machine is gimmicky but fun:P Very stress free and overall so much better than the traditional car dealer purchase. I have 2 points I would make to hopefully improve the Carvana experience for others. First , although the car had been cleaned fairly well there was still noticeable desert dust (the car was from the Phoenix area, I've lived there and know what the dust and sand do getting in every crevice) in the trunk door jams and wheel wells...a little more attention to this would be good. To show how hard it is though to get the desert out I had the car detailed and it still needs to be gone over in some crevices lol ...oh well.The headlight glaze (fairly considerable, and the detail shop did a good job of removing it) on the car should have been listed as a imperfection IMO.
Second I will have to get the out of State vehicle inspection done...while not a huge inconvenience Ive owned 2 other used out of state purchases where the dealers took care of this, it is a nice service to provide.
Overall a good to very good experience so far!
