Used 2009-2011 Subaru BRZ

Car had some minor problems, including a plastic shield on the bottom with missing clips and dragging on ground--it had been duct taped on. "Car held together by duct tape" needs to be added to inspection list. One of the electronic keys had a dead battery, that's annoying. I suggest developing a "weird things about this car" list." For example, to put the car in reverse is a bit of a puzzle, took about 20 minutes to figure out. Also, there's a button that disables the electronic key in the trunk, that took a while to figure out as well. Every car has those unique aspects, I suggest developing a list for each model to warn customers.

A co-worker bought a car from Carvana and raved about the experience. When I decided to trade cars I checked out the website and found my dream car. Great price on the new car, great appraisal on my old car, and it was delivered to my door without the stress of haggling and spending half a day at a dealership. And they took care of transferring the tags so I didn't have to go the the DMV. I'm telling everyone about it!

Just purchased a 2016 Subaru BRZ in fantastic condition and low mileage

Took a chance on a new type of service and couldn't be more satisfied. Customer service has been superior and their policies bring much needed comfort in a process (car buying) that isn't known for being the most transparent. I'd recommend to everyone to do some research on the car you're looking for and examine the Carfax with a fine-toothed comb, and pull the trigger.

Car was exactly as described and the process couldn't have been easier. I actually bought the car using my phone during a work break. This is the new and best way to buy a car.

This is the second car I purchased from Carvana and it has been a both times! The process gets easier everytime and I haven't had an issue with either car I purchased. It's nice not having to deal with a pushy salesman that doesn't really know anything about the car he/she is telling you. I recommend this to everyone that purchases used cars like myself.

Everyone I dealt with on line and in person was outstanding! Entire purchase process went smoothly. My only concern was that the subtle hail damage on the car hood was not disclosed prior to delivery. I accepted the car not realizing it was dented and not until closer inspection discovered a dozen dents on the hood likely due to hail. I had it repaired and submitted the receipt to carvana for consideration. Haven't had a response yet.
