I knew what I wanted, and it was being able to browse a wide selection without pushy salespeople, or have to haggle a price, was so refreshing and comforting. Being able to read the contacts in my own time and place was very nice as well. Calling customer service was exceptional as well, from having an option to avoid being on hold without losing my place, to consistently friendly and informed representatives who were honest and friendly. The first car I chose had a problem, it wouldn't start, and they presented me with options: wait a couple weeks for then to fix it, choose a different car, or cancel the process. I chose the latter, though I when later deciding on the former, all my information remained, making it easy. I was easily able to schedule a time for the car to be dropped off, and it came on time and in beautiful condition. The representative took his time explaining the process, answering my questions, and letting me test-drive it alone while he waited. He made sure I was certain about the vehicle before having me sign the contracts. He confirmed the return process, gave me the number and date/time to do it, and even called me on that day just to confirm. The car came with a delightful goodie bag, a bunch of Carvanna merchandise, which is very nice. I have about this process to anyone who will listen.
