I loved my buying experience with carvana... it was fast and easy. Would recommend to everyone buying a new car!!

This is my first ever car and Carvana made it so easy! I grew up in London and lived in NYC never needed to drive. I now live in Nashville and need my own car. The entire process was simple and they were quick to reply to any questions I had. The car was exactly as described on the website. I'm so happy with my purchase and have already recommended Carvana to my friends.

Just purchased a car ans couldn't be happier about deciding to use Carvana instead of searching at a dealership for a new vehicle! A good friend of mine referred me, and the process was so simple. All the customer service representatives I spoke with were friendly and helpful without coming across as fake or overbearing. So glad I chose Carvana!

What can I say, it truly is as painless and easy as they claim. The car was delivered to my home as promised on time and the test drive was the longest part of the entire process. No more dealer high jinks for this guy, carvana is the way to go!

The buying process was easy and getting help was easy every time I needed. The two representatives who delivered my car, Justin and Sam, were amazing and they made the experience easy, quick and comfortable.

From the the beginning to the end this experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Easy no pressure car search, Great customer service when needed, never waited on hold for longer than 2-3 minutes, Delivery on time , personable and friendly- almost as if he sold the car to me - he made it clear he was not a salesman just wanted to make my delivery the best TJ was amazing !! At the end I felt as if the dealership was not on line but right next store willing to help with whatever I need. You cannot go wrong using CARVANA !!!!!

I signed my contracts online. I was sent another email that I had to resign due to a change in the warranty company (ok, ok), upon delivery I was told to sign the contracts again! NOT OK! I sent my proof of insurance via email. I was asked to provide it upon delivery (again). There were several emails egging me on to purchase after I already had a car held in my garage- which isn't too much of a biggie except I worried if Carvana's records were not indicating I was in fact in the process of buying?

So far we remain very pleased with our purchase and very impressed with the process. Very convenient and priced as they say, below blue book.
