I got a lightly used Scion iA that mostly worked as intended!

The car buying process was quick and painless. Your customer service team was always there to assist with questions and concerns. Your associate that delivered the vehicle was very courteous and gave me plenty of time to test drive the vehicle. Your vehicle selection needs improvement though when compared to Carmax and AutoNation. However, your website is better than both competitors and you do have a large number of vehicles to choose from. I did find a great vehicle at an excellent price. Thank you!

This was so much better than dealing with salespeople at dealerships! Carvana kept me updated during the whole process. All employees I spoke over the phone with were helpful and friendly. I liked that I was able to contact someone for a quick question via the instant messaging service on the website. My car was delivered on time and as described. The guy that delivered it was really nice and made the delivery and paper work process stress-free.
