- Karyn L.DEC 16, 20162014 Chevrolet TraverseBradyville, TNI recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Traverse after my transmission went out on my current vehicle. The online buying process was so simple! Too good to be true? Well, the answer to that is yes. I selected the pick up option since I was without a vehicle and it was supposed to be available on Thursday. That morning I received a call saying that my vehicle was not on the transport and wouldn't be ready until the next day. Carvana did offer a rental car. That would have been even more inconvenient than waiting the extra day so we arranged to have my vehicle delivered the following day at 3:00. At 2:00 I received a call that their delivery truck was not back yet however they would make delivery at 4:00. At 2:50 I received a message that they were still running behind and were now driving my vehicle half way to my house where they would load it onto the delivery truck before delivering. At 4:15 I received a message that they were finally on the way and would arrive around 5:00. They did arrive around 5:00 however it was already dark by then and I really couldn't inspect the vehicle. I will say the the driver/associate was very friendly, knowledgeable and apologetic when she arrived. This is where it starts going down hill. The next morning I noticed overspray and tape marks on the front bumper. This raised a red flag since the Carfax report stated this vehicle was not in any accidents. I also noticed that both headlights and both tail lights had condensation in them. After going on a test drive I also noticed a slight tire vibration. I contacted Carvana about this and they asked for pictures as they wanted to help get to the bottom of this issue. They sent me an email to reply to with the pictures attached. I sent them pictures clearly showing the overspray and tape marks but was not able to send pictures of the condensation (it's still dark when I leave for work to I have to wait until the weekend to get these pictures). In fact, when going back to their websight and zooming in on it, the overspray and tape are visible however I didn't notice it because I didn't know to look for it. I also advised that, in fairness, I would hold of on my review until this issue was resolved. This was on Tuesday. I sent a follow up on Thursday since I haven't gotten even an acknowledgement. Still no reply, no phone call, not follow up whatsoever. I do like the vehicle I purchased but I am now questioning if it has been repaired. Was this taken into consideration when deciding the resale value of my vehicle? Honestly, if I had known or even thought there was repair work done, I would not have purchased this particular vehicle. Now, I am well above my 400 mile allowance for returning it without having to pay for the extra miles, I haven't gotten any reply from Carvana, I'm not sure if my vehicle has had additional work due to any accidents, and I still have to send the pictures of the condensation in the lights. First the car was delayed and because of schedule conflicts we had to delay the date for the arrival of the car for two weeks. On the day of the arrival of the car, it was two hours late after I raced home on a Friday to get home to be on time. The car itself looked great however as soon as I turned it on a red light sensor came on and the next day on the way to the dealership the brakes started vibrating! Uggghh! So I have had this car since Friday night and it's Sunday and I haven't been able to enjoy it because it's at the dealership waiting to be serviced. So I gave a three star (it probably should be a one star) because Brian the guy who delivered the car was honest about why the car was being delivered late and communicated well! His customer service skills were excellent!!!!! He also made such great notes on my account that and I was able to get a rental car while my car is being serviced. I hope that the things that I have concerns about are easy to fix! I really like the car but will return it if I have to. I question the thorough check!Read More2.8 OUT OF 5

Easy to complete financing, paperwork was minimal & I have to say I hate going to used cars dealers- it's a waste of time and there is always extra fees, red tape,?etc... Love that Carvana is not like this!!! Only downside of the entire purchase was that twice my vehicle could not be delivered when requested. I was initially concerned that it could be the quality of my vehicle choice but it really was an error on where the car was located vs. when I had requested. From finding the vehicle on the website to the chat, email and phone communication with Carvana customer reps, it was as low stress as I could've imagined. The customer reps were friendly and knowledgeable. If they didn't have an answer, they investigated and got back to me in a matter of hours at most. Delivery of the vehicle truly made this special: it's a unique experience when you have a bright red BMW roadster arrive at the foot of your driveway. The driver was a very friendly Carvana rep that unloaded the car and pulled it into the driveway. A few signatures (I'd already signed the contract online a few days earlier) and I was away! It only took a drive around the block for me to fall in love with the car but the 7-day test drive and 100-day warranty gave me the piece of mind. I already knew the type of car I wanted and approximate amount I wanted to spend. I logged into Carvana set up an account and put in my requirements. Within seconds dozens of vehicles came up with pictures and details. I found the one I liked....clicked on buy.... clicked on financing and within a few more minutes I had finished the process. In a few more moments I recurved a finance offer that was just right. I signed the documents over the phone and was done. I bought my Ford Fiesta Hatchback with all the options I had wanted. It's even Red. This was all completed in about 20 minutes....No dealer pressure in a showroom for hours... Perfect. - Phil F.MAY 23, 20162013 Honda AccordDallas, TXThis is the fifth Honda Accord I've purchased but the first thru Carvana. Carvana customer service was very good. I was able to call and get answers/help as often as I needed. Everyone I spoke with during the process seemed to be "up to date" with my purchase. I like being treated like a "good customer" and the tone/attitude of everyone I spoke with was nice and very positive. My vehicle delivery was a little complicated (dallas airport) but you actually showed up early and everything was in order. The car itself was not as detailed as I had hoped: The exterior was good: clean and polished....tires could have been treated but that's not a big deal: when you stated in your literature that you spend $1000 "refreshing" the cars I expected a professional detail. The interior should have been cleaner: there were obvious residues (?) on the rear seats and debris "specks" that a good detailer would not have missed with thorough vacuuming. The drivers seat (which you would expect any detailer to focus on) had old dirt/debris imbedded into the seat crevices: that's an obvious "miss" which indicates that any cleaning was superficial at best. The carpets were "ok" but not great. Suggestion: spend the $120 and put in new car mats: because the first thing you notice about floor mats are stains/wear and it makes the car look worn: there was even an "extra" used floor mat included in the trunk for some reason. My belief is that because the car has such low miles someone figured the detail was unnecessary or it was a "wipe and go" similar to an inexpensive car wash service: NOT a professional interior detail. The car positive battery terminal was obviously oxidized/corroded: an easy "fix" with red battery "goop" etc...more indication of someone assuming the car was fine. I'm not unhappy with the car at all...in fact I'm already considering replacing my wife's Honda CRV with a Carvana vehicle, but good cleaning/detail makes a huge difference in a cars appearance. After visiting several dealerships and wasting TWO ENTIRE DAYS (no exaggeration, I spent 2 days driving around to dealerships and looking at cars). Enter: Carvana stage left. I found a car I wanted and ordered it. No $750 dealer documentation fee? Sweet. It was set to be delivered in just a few days. Score 1 star for Carvana. Delivery day arrives. I get a call from Allison in the Atlanta office, while my family and I are at the aquarium. My car won't be able to be delivered because the transporter never showed up for work. OMG. Panic attack. I have work tomorrow and no way to get there. 1 star lost for Carvana. I'm freaking out. I knew I shouldn't have purchased a car online, what was I thinking!? But wait, wait, Allison reassures me that we can reschedule my delivery and she would arrange a rental so I had transportation until then. Oh. Okay. Whew. Star back to Carvana. Allison suggested that I check out financing through Carvana now that I had a few more days before my car arrived. My bank gave me a pretty competitive interest rate, but Allison somehow convinced me to check it out. Turns out Go Financial (Carvana's partner financing company) was able to cut my proposed interest rate in half. Star 2 for Carvana. Well, I always wanted a big red bow on my car. So, I called Customer Care and got awesome JT in Phoenix with a birthday 3 days before mine (10/7). He didn't think that my obnoxious request was silly at all. In fact, he said he would let the transporter know to make it happen. Star 3 for Carvana! Fast forward to Delivery day. My car is here ! With a big red bow on top and filled with Carvana swag and 2 gift cards. 2 stars for Carvana! Wait. What's that on my trim panel? Is that oxidation? Bummer. That wasn't in the photo online. My transporter (who was awesome, very professional and very courteous) assured me that I could either return the vehicle or pay out of pocket to have it taken care of and get reimbursed. I opted to do the latter because I didn't want to be without my new baby for several days. I got the paint issue taken care of and after submitting the receipt for reimbursement, including a days worth of rental. I got a response within 5 hours advising that everything was approved and my check was being issued. All within 5 days of my car arriving. Another point for Carvana. That's six stars. 6. Out of five. Yeah, they're that awesome. I have never felt more at ease with a car dealership. Ever. I'm recommending Carvana to anyone that will listen. Thank you to every customer care advocate that I have interacted with because they were all helpful, kind and providing excellent service. However, please give a SPECIAL thanks to the following representatives, in no particular order: - My transporter (I'm sorry, I never got the spelling of your name, so I won't try to butcher it) - Allison in the Atlanta office - Shawn & JT in the Phoenix office You guys have made this experience awesome.
