I went online just to see what the hype was all about. My buddy had just purchased a vehicle and emphasized how he did it while on a car ride to Miami. I was in the market but not in a hurry. Carvana had a wide selection of vehicles and when I saw my truck I immediately began the purchase process. I had been looking for this specific edition for over a year and there it was. With having a new born (along with a 1 and 3 year old) and just moving to a new house, I had no time to deal with a the merry go round at a dealership. So, I decided to give Caravan a try. I'm so glad I did. It was very easy and straight forward. Also, the vehicle I purchased had a full tank of gas and a $25 card for my next fill up. And, there was a little care package too! Really cool. I will surely be visiting Carvana first on all my future auto purchases.

I have purchased many vehicles in my 40 plus years of driving but never have I been more satisfied with both the vehicle and the purchase process. We bought the truck before breakfast in about 30 minutes and picked it up in Nashville 1 week later at the "vending machine". We arrived at 11:30 and were on our way by 11:45. It takes longer than that to get a pizza!! Everyone at Carvana was great and no one tried to pressure us to buy anything extra. No undercoating, scotchguard, nitrogen in the tires, etc. We will probably never buy a vehicle the old way again. I'm a hopeless pessimist, but Carvana exceeded my expectations.

The Carvana site, process, associates and final car buying experience was a huge success! It was easy, I literally bought my new truck from the family room. I'd recommend anyone looking to use Carvana!

I picked up by truck yesterday, I thought I was on a date I had so much fun. The vending machine was broke so I missed out on getting to see it work which was one reason I made the trip. The associated that handle by purchased made up for it with her outstanding personality. Everything was as promised although the rear seat had a scuff in the fabric that wasn't reported but nothing major. If my next 6 days is as great as the first the only thing you will hear from me is praises.Your company model for customer service should be bottled and sold , every interaction I had has reflected your company mission of have fun while buying a car. I hated buying a vehicle the drama it was like a bad horror movie it just seemed like it would never end. Now after buying from CARVANA I wish I needed to buy a car weekly. I think they should have a warning " May become addicted to great service and fun" Nick Vacco

I will never buy another car from a dealership. It was the easiest thing ever. You look for cars in your spare time. Choose cars based on what they tell you would be a down payment and monthly payment. You either buy it or you don't. No one ever calls or sends emails harassing you to make a choice. They don't try to put you in a car that you don't want. Loved it!

After extensive research both at dealerships and on-line, Carvana provided me the truck I wanted at the right price. And the on-line process was Super easy!
