It was so easy! The price was fair, my advocate was helpful and the entire process was a breeze! Now its my wife's turn!

We absolutely love the truck! It was everything we hoped it would be.

The process was easy as far as finance and getting the truck. There was a panel missing on the passenger side which is where the jack is stored, sales guy said no problem they would get it and sent it to us. Not so we got an email explaining that ALL cars and trucks are purchased through auctions and if there is anything missing to bad. The DEF fluid for the diesel engine was low and the we had to take it to a dealer to have it refilled(something the mechanics that check cars for carvana are suppose to do). They did say they would reimburse us, it has not happen yet.
