Awesome experience as I wanted a super specific vehicle that is hard to find used. They are even going to get me floor mats! Friendly, courteous staff and prompt response to emails! What an amazing staff in ATL!!!
One big, unsafe downfall however.
I have the WRONG rated tires on this vehicle, and can not load up my vehicle with friends and gear safely. The tires are 93H and the vehicle requires 97H tires. So now I have to use up the tread on theese and save up for the correct, safe, factory recommended tires next year. I sent an email with a quote from Costco that looked up the proper rating for me and attached it. I recieved an email back stating "the tires are within our standards". Unsafe is never a standard. I asked what Carvanas standards are regarding factory recommended tire ratings and did not get a response.
It is nice the tires are new and shiny. However, I would rather have had the original tired with 17,000 miles on them that were safe for the car.
Thanks again for the free tank of gas, and new floor mats but the properly rated tires would be more important to me and the safety of my passengers.
