Used Porsche with DVD Video, Heads up Display

I bought a Porsche Boxster from Carvana and it was a great experience. The associates or customer advocates were friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. The online paperwork process was super efficient. I chose to pick the vehicle up from Carvana's facility as the home delivery would've taken a few extra days. The following day I took the car to the local Porsche dealer to have the car inspected and make sure that it was mechanically sound. The car checked out with flying colors except for the tires; the technician noted that the two rear tires had chunks of rubber missing from them and the tires needed to be replaced. I then took the car to my local tire dealer who theorized that the tires had been damaged as a result of the brakes having been locked up. The bottom line was that the tires had to be replaced. I emailed Carvana (with copies of the inspection report) to let them know that I was disappointed that their team had overlooked the damaged tires and that dampened my enthusiasm for what had otherwise been a very pleasant experience. I didn't really expect a response from Carvana, but to my surprise and happiness, they apologized that their team either overlooked the tire damage or that the tires may have been damaged at some point transporting the vehicle and that they would reimburse me for the cost of replacing those two tires. I am not sure how many other dealers would've stood behind their vehicle like Carvana did and I whole-heartedly recommend Carvana to anyone seeking a quality pre-owned vehicle!

I purchased a 2014 Cayman from Carvana and the whole experience was very smooth. The customer service was a great experience. The representatives I talked to were very professional and helpful. All my inquiries were responded to in a timely manner. The delivery driver was right on time. I hope this business model becomes the new standard for purchasing a vehicle because it beats the dealership experience by a lot.

I bought this car last week and since then I've been really happy with the car. Not only is the car amazing the ease of getting it was phenomenal and the customer service support was amazing. The only problem I had was that the key wasn't working as far as unlocking/locking the door but otherwise I'm impressed with this company and give it a 4/5. Thank You Butch

Every thing went smooth and they did exactly what they told you. They were very easy to work with. I purchased my first Porsche from them and I had it inspected by a Porsche shop within my 7 day trial period. The shop found a leaky shock and a few minor items on a 9 year old car. They are taking care of the shock thru their warranty program. i currently working to get that fixed. I would buy from them again. I found their price to be reasonable also. thank you Carvana

I bought this a week ago I was disappointed when I saw the car in person, first the description of the car wheels was 21 inch I ran the VIN and the specs of the car were a 21-inch wheel. I called Carvana to check the description they said to correct and adjust the pricing. but never did adjust the pricing instead will just give me $250 that is Fake advertising misleading consumers. it's against FTC. second, the car was so dirty inside and out the surface of the car got a lot of overspray paint and road rush everywhere and again it was not in the description. inside the car coins, popcorn, it is so nasty. the trim in driver side where the seat belt rolls back is loosed or the tab is broken, the trim on passenger side front and rear got a very sharp edge or cracked. this all is not in the description of the advertisement. and lastly oil change indicator showing I have 3 days to change the oil. I called and said Oil change has been done?? My experience in Carvana was ok from applying for a loan to scheduling a pickup. detailing the car before selling it or showing it to customers. I have noticed so they will lock your downpayment, monthly and interest which is you don't have the option to change your vehicle. overall I won't be buying a car in Carvana and won't recommend it to my friends and coworker.family.
