Ran across an ad for Carvana while watching TV. Just started idly looking at cars, since I would be in the market for one soon anyway.. Knew roughly what I wanted, so just started with Toyota Rav4's.. The prices ended up being less than I paid at a dealer for my last one (which lasted almost 10 yrs). Filled out the financing paperwork, and before I knew it, I'd bought a car that was to be delivered the following Thursday. Made up a couple questions to "test" the customer service, and was more than delighted. The lady that helped me was a dream, answered all of my questions, and even some I didn't think to ask. The guy that called to tell me he was delivering my car was well within the timeframe I was given (despite Chicago traffic). Very pleasant, quick, and efficient. In the end, I got exactly the car I wanted, for less than I expected to pay, and delivered right to my front door. The price I got for my trade-in was pretty fair, as well. Highly recommended - I'd do it all over again. (And did - a week later, my husband purchased his car through Carvana).

I literally bought my car from the comfort of my recliner... in my boxers! The whole experience was quick and painless. I'd been researching the Jeep I wanted for about a month and was fairly confident about my target price. Carvana's pricing was right in line with the competition, if not slightly better. I first went to Carmax and they low-balled my trade in by $2,000. They were also going to charge me $750 to transfer the vehicle from Chicago to Dallas. Carvana transferred my car from Atlanta for free!! Great service, the people were friendly and knowledgeable, and the car showed up exactly when I had requested. Thanks Carvana, I'm sure we'll be doing business again in the future!

1st, just let me say that CARVANA has COMPLETELY changed my way of car buying. My husband and I had been looking for over 2 months trying to find, of course, THE RIGHT CAR FOR US! Once, we found CARVANA online, we gave it a shot...due to the weather the delivery was delayed twice, but as they say 3 times a charm..and that is EXACTLY what happened... When we finally met at the pick up location..the driver was ABSOLUTELY awesome, walked us through all parts of the car..inside and out... and even had a TASTEFUL CARE PACKAGE FOR ME...for the previous delivery issues...the car has been GREAT...and just when we had to choose to keep it or choose another car...my husband and I stopped to get gas while we were out lol...and a $25 CARVANA GAS CARD FELL OUT...absolutely AWESOME!!! My husband is looking forward to purchasing his new car or truck next year...ONLY WITH CARVANA...you guys ROCK!! My husband works with a radio station in Chicago...and would love to be the voice or face for any future advertising!!! Just a thought...lol...AWESOME SERVICE!!!

Bought this car after my other daughter had an amazing Carvana experience. All in all it was a decent car buying experience, the car was to be delivered and emailed just hours before scheduled delivery after talking the day off work to drive 4 hours to trade out a car for the purchased car to be told it was in Chicago not Atlanta as listed so had to wait another week for the delivery of new car. They made things right in the end though, and happy with the purchase so far .

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I recently decided the cold winters of Chicago and commuting don't go hand in hand and set out to remedy that with the purchase of a car. Knowing this is a huge financial decision I weighed my options heavily. My co-worker mentioned to me a company she'd heard of on Facebook and purchased a car from. She admitted she was a tad bit leary at first but after watching her experience I was curious myself. She gave me her story and explained the process and I was like no way buying a car is that simple. One month later I now have my 2014 GMC Acadia and I love it. It's roomy, fuel efficient and has a ton of cool toys. My kids love it! Every person I spoke with from their customer advocates to the pretty little lady that delivered my car was amazing. I would liken them to the folks that work at Chick-fil-A. And we all know how awesome and polite those folks are. If you're in the market for a car and you don't want the hassle of sitting at a dealership all day or pushy salesmen grab a seat in your livingroom and buy a car! Thank you for all of your help Carvana!!!

Buying a car for the first time in the US, having to go to a dealership looked like something stressful and time demanding, so when I heard from friends about Carvana and I realize that I could search for cars whenever I wanted without being pressed by a car salesperson into buying it and while being able to check all its features at the same time, I decided that I would buy my car, a Ford Focus, through Carvana. Another advantage Carvana has with respect to traditional dealerships is that they show all fees on the online price rather than only mentioning them when contracts are about to be signed. Customer service was great and so was the delivery. The reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have some small criticisms to make: - At first Carvana told me that my bank wouldn't do a funds verification on a 3-way call but later they managed to do that anyway. - While Carvana said on its website that they had free delivery within a 100 miles radius, later they told me that for the Chicago region such radius was only 75 miles and, since I live 90 miles away from Chicago, I had to take a bus to a closer location and drive back to be able to get my car without having to pay for the delivery. - When I went to a Ford dealership for a multi-point inspection, I was told that the tread depth of the front tires was 6/32'' and that the two front tires weren't equal and so they'd need to be changed before the winter. - One of the windows of the car makes a weird noise when opening/closing it. - There should be more vehicles available at low prices.

We're a busy family of 7 we tried several dealership with only a was of our time . Having to travel long distance to look at one or two cars when I saw the carvana add we we're hesit however don't be . Car was top notch even when we found a little dirty spot on van headliner and stuff and I mean small they offered Up to 200 to have the headliner professional cleaned and another 160 to have the detaier fill a buff out scuff. And or just returned the vehicle no questions asked . All person I spoke with we're able to answer any questions we had .we had 11 vans of the make model and trim level we wanted more than in the three state area we looked in even delivery in a halfway point so we didn't have to pay extra for door delivery out of there Chicago zone . Never wasting time in dealership and got a price out the door 6000.00 less then dealership. We're estatic weth the experience and will be back to buy again the Jurs family

While we have not yet received the title and plate for the car (we've only had it a week today), that is the only thing left for our purchase. We had gone to our Honda dealer where we've purchased 6-7 cars over the last 25 years and always had our cars serviced there. They were great about giving us behind-the-wheel time with different cars till we settled on what we wanted, but they made absolutely NO EFFORT to find us a color that was not black-grey-white. I've sworn never to own another grey/'silver' car. As I was searching car availability on different websites, I remembered seeing a Carvana TV ad the evening before and looked the site over. The site was much easier to use than the 'Drive Chicago' site and they had a lot more cars. I found a beautiful dark blue Honda 2016 CRV-EX. I always check reviews and their's were either all 5's ('seamless, the only way I'll ever buy a car again') or 1's ('didn't get plate in time, car dirty/wrecked, too much paperwork, etc') - a very odd distribution. Well, it seems they have addressed all those 1's as our experience was seamless, easy, straightforward, with great reminders, easy to complete paperwork before delivery, etc. Alex called before delivery, was right on time, and pleasant, personable and knowledgeable about the car and the process. The car was as advertised and I'm tempted to say 'I'll never buy a car any other way' - easy, saved time, no negotiation, you get what you pay for, great customer service. The only negative was having to wait too long on hold when we called but that is not a deal breaker.

I was struggling to find a new car for a long time. I had rebuilt my credit just to the point of auto financing and everywhere I looked I was either turned away, or given ridiculous terms. Then I found Carvana, where not only did I find my new car, but I fell in love with this business. The experience of getting the car from the vending machine is a must see, and the representatives are super friendly and help speed the process up. I was only in the center for a half hour. They did an amazing job resetting the entire tower for me when I had driven from Chicago to Indianapolis just for it. Carvana has this above and beyond sense of customer service that has made me an official customer for life.
