Bought my 2015 Nissan Leaf 10 days ago. Overall, it was a very good buying experience. There were some process differences between what the website stated and what customer service stated when I spoke with them. Nothing too bad, but it caused me to make some extra calls to customer service. Customer service was always great --very helpful, good attitude, and always cheerful. If you stay in close contact with customer service during the purchase process, everything will go pretty smoothly.
One thing to note... the customer service team should not encourage people to go see the vending machine in Atlanta. It doesn't exist yet. :-) No worries, though...the delivery facility is clean and it worked out just fine. Regarding the delivery, two things: First, they had the wrong vehicle waiting for me. It looked exactly like the model I purchased, but I noticed that the VIN did not match my paperwork...oops! Second, when they brought my car around, it was not fully charged (electric car). Fortunately, it was Sunday and Atlanta traffic was fairly light, so I was able to get home on a 44% charge.
All in all, it was a positive experience. The car is great; the price was very fair; and there weren't any hidden fees and last-minute surprises.
