Used 2015 Nissan CT 200h

Bought my 2015 Nissan Leaf 10 days ago. Overall, it was a very good buying experience. There were some process differences between what the website stated and what customer service stated when I spoke with them. Nothing too bad, but it caused me to make some extra calls to customer service. Customer service was always great --very helpful, good attitude, and always cheerful. If you stay in close contact with customer service during the purchase process, everything will go pretty smoothly. One thing to note... the customer service team should not encourage people to go see the vending machine in Atlanta. It doesn't exist yet. :-) No worries, though...the delivery facility is clean and it worked out just fine. Regarding the delivery, two things: First, they had the wrong vehicle waiting for me. It looked exactly like the model I purchased, but I noticed that the VIN did not match my paperwork...oops! Second, when they brought my car around, it was not fully charged (electric car). Fortunately, it was Sunday and Atlanta traffic was fairly light, so I was able to get home on a 44% charge. All in all, it was a positive experience. The car is great; the price was very fair; and there weren't any hidden fees and last-minute surprises.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! If you're reading this before buying a car from Carvana, just know I was a complete skeptic before the Carvana experience. If you're like me, you might even think these reviews are fabricated by the company. Let me be the first to tell you that I was so wrong! Every morning, Carvana's commercial would play while watching the morning news. You know, the one with the guy in his kimono while buying a car from home "that didn't suck!" While I was in the market for a car, dealers kept on tacking more and more prices to the starting price of the vehicles I was interested in. I had spent the last year and half improving my credit drastically that I had damaged when I was 18. (I'm 30 now). I was at a 640, and dealers were asking for 14-17% APR. I decided to give this a shot. The inventory seemed never ending. The hardest part about this whole experience was deciding which car to get because of the plethora of choices. I knew I wanted a hatchback, and then, I finally found it. It was a 2015 Nissan Versa Note, with only 7000 miles at a price that was completely affordable. Before even deciding to purchase the car, Carvana will do a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score to give you an idea of your financing terms, and what your monthly payments will be, which was super helpful in deciding which car to get. Carvana only asked of me a $500 down payment. Once I went through with the purchase, the process was so simple. Fill out your information, and once you decide to purchase the vehicle, and follow through with the process, everything is so simple and quick. Like I said, the most lengthy part was deciding on which car to get. I was done in less than 10 minutes after I chose the car to purchase. Once everything is done, an advocate will verify all your information, and call you within a couple of hours to confirm the purchase. I manage customer service projects for a call center, and I would have hired this lady in a second. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She told me the car will be delivered this past Monday, 01/30 at 1PM. On the day of delivery, the driver called me around 12PM asking if it was OK to arrive 15 min early, not later, but EARLY. I was expecting cable guy service, but I received the opposite. I believe the driver's name is Vivek, and he was extremely nice and polite over the phone. He arrived at 12:45 sharp! In person, his customer service was superior. The driver is a Carvana driver, not a third party. Again, extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and there was NO PRESSURE whatsoever. He explained thoroughly every part of the final process of the car purchase. I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, and I knew immediately this was the one. If i didn't like it, I could have sent it right back with Vivek. By the way, the car was immaculate, detailed, and extremely clean. It looked brand new! He explained the 7 day trail period, and as he stated, he wanted to answer any questions or concerns because this car buying experience was about "me being happy" as Vivek told me.. And I was!! I have had the car for 3 days now, and I have decided to keep it after the 7 day period. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW BLOWN AWAY I WAS FROM THIS AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have already recommended this to ALL of my friends, and have blasted this experience all over my social media. If you're on the fence, from one skeptic to another, DO IT! You will not regret this experience!

The car was as described and it was a good price. However, it only came with one key. Carvana did pay for us to get one made at the Nissan dealership, but I had to schedule that. We ordered the car on 3/10/15 but didn't receive it at our house in Utah until 3/31/15, which is way longer than we were told. I also wasn't told the exact delivery time until the day of. I was called 30 minutes before the delivery driver was going to arrive. He also asked if he could deliver it to a local mall. I insisted on delivery to our house, as previously agreed. Due to the late notice, I had to get a coworker to give me a ride home. The temporary registration was emailed, but no physical copy was sent. They also neglected to send us the necessary paperwork to get it registered in Utah until I called to check on it. This led to me needing an additional temporary Georgia registration. The didn't let me know I needed a "VIN inspection" done by the Utah DMV until the day after I called to check up on it. I finally got the actual plates 5/21/2015. Overall, the experience was one hassle after another. Maybe it's better if you live on the East coast?

We just finished our 7day/400mi test drive on a 2015 Nissan Sentra through Carvana and cannot shut up about how happy we have been with our entire experience with them. After test driving a Corolla and Sentra at a local dealership we decided on the latter, but the "dance" with the salesman at the dealership was exhausting and they just weren't very helpful in regards to what we were looking to pay for the features we wanted. We found exactly what we wanted in our price range on Carvana's website. We reached out to the salesman from the car dealership and they were unable to match or beat the price, so we decided to try Carvana out and have no regrets with our decision. Every customer service rep we spoke to was super helpful and made sure we were at ease through the entire process. The young man who delivered our car, Chris Cox, was awesome and made sure we were happy with the vehicle. Best car buying experience EVER and we would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Carvana!

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Leaf. The Carvana prices that I saw on these models were consistently below that of the local dealers, sufficiently so that I began research on the Carvana experience. As i did my homework and began to work with the staff at Carvana and began to learn more, I came to realize that this is the future how how cars may be bought and sold for the forward-thinking among us. The entire purchase experience was superior to that of any other vehicle purchas that I've made.

I just bought a used 2015 Nissan Rouge through Carvana and was very happy with the easy process involved in getting the car. I had never heard of Carvana before....but was directed there by my search on Geico. I am happy (so far) with the car I bought.

I was a little skeptical at first with doing a big purchase like this online, but overall I have been very pleased with this company! I did TONS of research on the company before I pulled the trigger. I saw a couple of bad reviews but mostly were good ones! I didn't have any problems during the entire process. The only thing that stressed me out was when they wanted to do a 3-way call with my bank to verify my income, but that took less than 5 minutes. Everyone that I talked to at Carvana have all been very helpful and friendly. From dealing with customer service to the guy that delivered my car -- A+ all around. As far as my car goes, I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra and have been super pleased with it so far. I've had it for a month and a half - almost two months - and I haven't had any problems with it. It also came with a full tank of gas, which is a huge plus! The car came exactly how it was described online! I definitely will be purchasing from this company again in the future! Thank you!!!

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano about a month ago. We wereVery skeptical buying a car online however the entire process went very smoothly. The car arrived directly to my door earlier than scheduled and was in better condition than expected. On top of that the price was over $2000 cheaper than dealer fees. When combined with not negotiating and not dealing with the dealership I will likely do carvana again with my next car purchase
