This experience was a total nightmare for my wife and I. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. The vehicle had to be picked up at the dealership because the representative didn't know how to drive a manual. The representative also mentioned that the key fob had been lost in the delivery of the vehicle to the dealership. Then after signing the paperwork and driving off the lot being told we could waste our own time going to the dealership to get a new key fob, we realized that the car that was advertised to have power locks and windows didn't have either of the features. After spending several hours on the phone speaking to manager after manager, they refused to correct the issue. Their best response was to discount $250 if we wanted to purchase the next model up. We did purchase the next model up which did have the features advertised in the first one. Which after the discount still cost us another $700. This experience was an absolutely horrible. Take my advice, buy from somewhere else.

The car is great. However I ordered a 2014 automatic. Day of the original delivery, Carvana asks if manual is okay. I don't drive manuals, but even so this would have been a major reduction in value. The replacement was a better deal so I can't complain. Delivery went well. The car is great. I guess the Versa Note gets bad reviews for being "bland" but you can order different interiors.

The whole process was easy and stress free, you pick a car they deliver it to wherever and whenever you want to meet. Seven days to test drive it, it was exactly like what was advertised.
