The car was delivered within the time frame specified and the driver was very friendly. The experience was very nice overall and the car looked just as expected. The printed out carfax and auto check was great along with the little goodies inside. The what seems to be replaced car jack doesn't work with the tools provided, but Customer Service was quick to correct the issue. If I need to purchase another used car, it will likely be from Carvana.

Thus was the most efficient, smooth and wuick car buying experience I evet haf. The entire process took kust 10 mins. I had to call to confirm that the online process was real. Great job. I already told all of my friends .

This is the absolute best way to purchase a vehicle. No hassles, quick approval, delivery of vehicle and all papers that need signed. No waiting for a salesperson to finalize the deal. So much better than going to a dealership...hassle free purchasing!

I'm pleased with my purchase of my 2014 Nissan Sentra, but it took a week for my paperwork to be processed and I received my car 3 days later due to the delivery driver running late because of the weather. I love the concept of Carvana, but those few instances threw me for a loop. I still would recommend them over traditional car dealerships.
