Easy to use website, found exactly what I wanted at $10,000 less than a local dealership, got a great price for my trade in, a good finance rate for a used car, and the delivery process and pick up of my trade in went so smooth! The car was exactly as described online and it even had brand new tires and a fun goody bag in the front seat on delivery. We pruchased our Nissan Quest last weekend. Delivered as promised. James our delivery driver was friendly and went over the car. Gave him our insurance, signed the mileage form and we were done. Great experience and we never had to set foot in the dealership. Price was fair for what we got. May have saved a few hundred dollars elsewhere but our time, not having added stress, and not spending our day off driving around haggling made everything so worth what we paid. Easy financing options, and all in all, we save money, headaches, and had a great experience. Will definitely buy through carvana again. I will always check there before checking anywhere else first.

Buying our van through Carvana was a very new experience and we learned a considerable amount through this purchase.  We never felt pressured.  The Carvana staff was both responsive and supportive.  My wife and I are have already recommended this "new style" of car purchasing to friends.  I have doubts that I will purchase from a traditional dealership again.  The gentleman from Carvana in Atlanta (Ben) brought the van to a location much closer to our home than Atlanta free of charge and never pressured us to buy the van.  This is how buying an automobile should be done.  For start to finish, Carvana has been an outstanding experience! 

An amazing experience. Simple from start to finish. I can't stand haggling with car salesmen, no matter how honest and straightforward, I always feel like I'm getting taken. With Carvana, I never felt that way. Bravo Carvana. Please stick around, I'd like to never buy a car the traditional way again.
