I selected a car and then decided to change cars on the 5th day. I spent two days trying to decide on a different car. On the eve of the second day, my deal fell out and the car I was driving went back for sale on the website. It took four days total to get the deal rebuilt and a week before I was in my second car. The customer service specialists were absolutely SUPERB! Each one was patient, answered every question (and researched it if they didn't have the answer off the cuff) and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about their Customer Care team!
Now to the cars. The first car a 2020 Jeep Cherokee was clean and everything worked perfectly. I did not like the brake system in the Jeep so I decided to switch to a 2020 Nissan Murano. The Murano arrived with what looked like cleaning solution splatters on EVERY interior window. It also had two new tires on the back and two worn tires on the front (sidewalls worn from no regular maintenance and 5/32nd depth). I placed a claim for both issues and was told by the three tire places I visited that Carvana would not replace the tires. I called in to find an authorized place to have the interior windows cleaned and there was none in my area. Finally, last night it started to pour rain and the Murano's electrical system went wonky. It changed the radio station, the climate control system switched from defrost to passenger and then the screen froze completely for the audio and car settings. Needless to say, I did not touch anything when it started doing this.
While Carvana has it right when it comes to customer service, the car inspection and therefore delivery process could use some work.
