Used 2015 Nissan Maxima

Just got my 2013 Nissan maxima so far I love it Car came just as described except for color I wanted black and got black cherry still nice car.

This has been the greatest experience with buying a car I've ever had! The experience was seamless from start to finish! The customer service was amazing, I got my vehicle ahead of the ETA, and my car is beautiful! So happy I decided to purchase a car from here! Definitely exceeded my expectations!

I was hesitant to buy a car online but Im glad I did. What you see is what you get. No last minute add ons, no stipulations- it is exactly what they say it is. I had my car in about 3 or 4 days, which is crazy fast considering that it came from Georgia to CT.And the car is in good condition with no lights on. It's been a little over a week and Im happy thus far. My only complaint is that the delivery driver didnt communicate with Carvana about my plates, which caused a delay in receiving my temp plates. Unfortunately the car arrived before the temp plates did and I had to rush to print out replacements that they sent me because of the mix up, but for such an awesome car buying experience this was no big deal. Ive since referred two other people to Carvana and they've had. great experiences too.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima the buying experience was A+. The delivery was A+ and Robert was very professional and arrived on time at 6pm. I would have given 5 stars but when my car arrived there where some extra scratches and dents that weren't shown online. The car wasn't thoroughly cleaned as expected and I'm not sure if it was thoroughly inspected because I'm smelling antifreeze and the engine isn't clean like when you purchase a car from the dealer. I'm still within my 7 day return period so I will decide what to do by the 6th day. I would've given 5 stars but due to the above reasons the jury is still out. I will come back later and give a update.

I heard about them from a recent customer and I thought to good to be true. Well I am here to say from the search option to the signing of my contract and other documents to me picking the date and time from them to bring my car was smooth and accurate. Not only that, but the friendly treatment I received from him and the surprise gift card hidden in the fuel door, the surprise led step lights under the car I found that night, the tote bag of goodies in the car and the straightforward, easy to understand contract... well worth it! I'm literally the happiest guy in the world thanks to Carvana! I will definitely be recommending to everyone I meet, that's what I have been doing all day, I can't stop talking about it and others can't stop staring at the car and wondering what dealer could pull off such a great deal! My parents were surprised and even my mom is thinking of buying a car from you guys soon. Thank you Carvana! You definitely have a happy customer here! Thank you thank you thank you!

I hate buying cars. Period. However, Carvana made it so freaking easy, that I want to buy another! Totally recommend them to EVERYONE! Love my new car, love the 7 day return policy, love how easy it was to shop and get financing, love how they delivered it to my house. It even was detailed with a full tank of gas!
