From picking the car out online to going to the car vending machine to pick it up was such a breeze. The only hiccup was registering the car. I was not informed beforehand that my state does not directly mail the license plates out. After making a couple of phone calls I found out from Carvana that I had to go directly to the DMV where they would be ready for pick-up. As I already mentioned I had not been informed beforehand. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience and I'd definitely do it again!

Carvana makes buying a car entirely painless. The car is delivered, of course, and they also handle ALL of the paperwork. The only negative aspect of my experience was that a car I had reserved disappeared without explanation (it became "unavailable"), and I needed to switch to another choice (a 2020 Nissan Leaf), which I now own, and already. love. Another quibble: I was not able to reach a human (as opposed to chatbot) before the purchase.

Such a simple and satisfying experience. Connie and Jason were very professional. I had Beep Beep delivered to the vending machine, the whole process took less than 30 minutes - signed some papers, check out the car and take it for a spin. Watching it come down the vending machine was a fun experience. You have 7 days to love your car. I, unfortunately, did not. However, I was able to exchange it for Vroom Vroom the following week. Quick process, as well. I love Vroom Vroom, she is here to stay. Connie and Jason are gems! I don't know why anyone would not want to go to Carvana. A+++

I decided I wanted an EV. So I started looking... and Carvana had the best selection, so great that the cars seemed to be snatched up within minutes of them being posted. I found one that was in pre-sales status. I selected to be notified when available. Once it was I applied for the car quickly after already being pre-approved. Once that was done and I input the information for my trade in, well it was a quick call from my advisor. The car showed up at my home and they picked up my trade. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW EASY IT WAS!
