I bought a car through Carvana almost a month ago, the purchase process was great and convenient, the representatives were helpful and kind, and the car has been wonderful so far.

I hate car shopping and car dealerships. This however was the best expeience I've ever had. I can't see going back to a dealership again.

From beginning to end, everyone I have dealt with (including the website) has been amazing. Believe me I was skeptical. Buying a car online was so far outside my comfort zone. In fact, I had no intention of doing just that. I was price comparing for when I did my "dealership tour" that morning. Bottom line, Carvana had a better selection, better pricing, better financing, and let's face it I did it all in my pj's. How relaxing is that! I had a couple of questions and the customer service rep was knowledgeable AND friendly (and in the USA for those of us that care about that sort of thing). She got me straightened out right away. The guys at my local location, here in Austin, couldn't have been better. Everything happened as stated and planed. A big plus in my book. Thank you Carvana! You have a customer for life.

I have always dreaded buying a car. Not because I don't like getting a new car, but I hated the hassles and headaches of talking to car salesman and car dealers. Then I saw a TV ad for Carvana, and I decided to check it out. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I truly enjoyed browsing for cars within my parameters and at my leisure. I could create an account--my garage-- without being hassled and harangued. There was live chat if I had questions and an efficient "we'll call you back" customer service line. The entire process once I decided upon my vehicle was easy and efficient. They take you through it step by step. No secrets, no hidden costs. Everything is spelled out up front. How refreshing. When the car was delivered, the gentlemen who brought it were exceptionally friendly and professional. They were even early and called to make sure it was okay that they came 30 minutes early. They seemed to really enjoy bringing a new car to a customer. It made my satisfaction with the process grow even greater. The terms of the deal are so customer friendly, and that is, unfortunately, a rarity in these times. I have talked about Carvana to friends and I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a car. I will definitely use Carvana in the future. They have completely changed the way I feel about buying a car. . . all for the better. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

I am so impressed with this entire process. Not only was the customer service top notch, but this was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and super helpful. My car was delivered on time with no hiccups. I love my new car! I am telling all my friends to buy from Carvana if they need a new car!

What a great concept...make buying a car as easy as ordering shoes online. Just look over the inventory, find what you like, buy it and it's delivered to your door. If it doesn't fit, send it back for exchange or refund. Everyone was helpful, my car was delivered on time and looked absolutely great!

The process was so easy, I was afraid it was a hoax. The customer service was FANTASTIC. (In my personal life, I was dealing with a terminally ill parent who had been hospitalized. The hospitalization disrupted the process.) Each time I talked to a representative, I was blown away by kindness and empathy. Carvana extended the hold on the vehicle due to the circumstances. The halo in the brand is for real.
