Beyond my best expectations.I purchased a 2015 nissan. And from start to finish the hands down best customer service I have ever had.Lexi from OKC was GREAT. everything as promised ,on time,I have told everyone I know the best car purchasing experance ever.

I still can't really believe that I have a new (to me) 2015 Nissan Frontier in my driveway. Right before I tried Carvan I went through a dealer. The salesperson WOULD NOT TELL ME LOAN TERMS! Seriously! She tried to have me believe that "the bank won't let us tell you unless you come in!" I was so angry and frustrated. I identified the truck I wanted on Carvana, got an email asking for my documents, got approval, scheduled delivery. It arrived on time. Got follow up calls. It was so easy. I know people say this but, like I said Ireally can't believe I have a new vehicle in my drive! It was painless!

I bought a 2015 Nissan Frontier in brand new condition. It is a great truck for a very good price. I can't believe how easy this was to purchase. The experience was great all the way from the financing to the pick up.

I bought this 2014 Nissan Frontier 4x4 just a few days ago, the experience of dealing with Carvana was nothing less than outstanding. They were helpful and answered all my questions and assisted with the process. They did what they said, they were going to do, on time and un-eventful, Smooth transactions, My deal included a tread in, I have to admit, I'm impressed. Great idea and most important, am I satisfied, 100% yes. I'm asked how it went, my answer "it went".

Purchasing through Carvana was much harder and time consuming than dealing with a dealership. Their system was continuously down, at every step of the way I was given wrong information, and I had to go through the entire purchase process at least twice (had to sign the contract three times!) The vehicle was also listed with the incorrect trim type. Even after my trade-in was collected I received an email asking if I wanted to accept the trade in offer. At the dealership everything is done is less than an hour. Carvana took endless phone calls between them and my bank for a full week. The only reason we used this service is because we found the car we were looking for at a good price through another listing that directed us to Carvana. I would have much rather driven the three hours to the dealership it was located at and gotten it done the easy way.

We bought a 2011 Nissan Frontier and everything about the truck and the delivery was better than expected. Have already recommended Carvana to a friend and she is getting a Honda Pilot. Our neighbors had a Volvo delivered the same night as our vehicle. It's the wave of the future, and I wouldn't change a thing!

I picked up my truck yesterday. Allison who drove the truck on a flatbed was wonderful. Everybody, I dealt with on the phone were extremely courteous and helpful, always going the extra mile to make things easy. The process of buying a vehicle online might seems daunting but you can trust this company. Every detail of the transaction is carefully orchestrated. My truck was in excellent condition inside out, almost like a brand new vehicle. The paperwork was handled thoroughly. My wife needs a new car, and Carvana will be the only place worth looking for us.

I purchased a truck through carvana and there were some hiccups. The truck itself was as advertised. Good shape and ran well. But.....the next morning discovered front tire has a leak. Probably should have been caught by Carvana. Also car was delivered without keys.....had to wait and hour for someone to bring them out. Carvana provides a $25 dollar gift card for first purchase of gas. Thought it was nice touch but......can't get card activated so can't use it. They to pay a lot more attention to detail. A folow up call or email from them would be nice issues could be addressed but nothing just a random survey. Don't know if I will use them again. The price doesn't justify added inconvenience.

So simple to buy from Carvana. Found just what I wanted and bought it. So much nicer than sitting at a dealership getting pressured! They talked to me when I had questions and gave me time to look over the truck at home. Everyone was very helpfull.

I bought my 2012 Nissan Frontier a week ago and I absolutely love it. The entire process was so simple and stress free. I will definitely make all future vehicle purchases through Carvana !!!
