From start-to-finish this was such a smooth process! The last time I purchased a car from a dealership, I spent hours in their office after work trying to get the details hammered out. I swore that I would never purchase from a dealership again. So when it came time to purchase our next car, I turned to Carvana. It was great to be able to peruse cars from the comfort of my home. When we found "the one", the process was easy and fast. I was able to set a delivery day that was convenient for my work schedule. On delivery day, they had to end up canceling the delivery and I had to go to their warehouse to pick it up, but even that process was easy and hassle-free! With a test drive, I was still there less than an hour. Carvana was also in communication with me all along the way for any questions that I had!
