I really want to give a great review b/c of the ease of purchase & the great customer service. I commend Carvana for that! I also LOVE the car! However, I picked up the car on Wed. & on Thurs. the air conditioning stopped working. On Fri. a mechanic told me the small fan was not spinning. A Carvana customer advocate told me to take it to Nissan and the warranty would cover it. I took it to Nissan on Sat & they said they could not have the car ready until Mon, which would be 2 days off of my test drive. This inconvenience is unacceptable & I wish Carvana would've caught the issue before I picked up the car. Also, I caught imperfections that weren't shown on the 360, and I have no clue what to do about those. The right door armrest is coming apart (needs to be glued or something) and there is an antenna that is disconnected on the left side 3rd row window. I've called Carvana and they have continued to offer the option to trade for another car. The problem is, what does the customer do when there is no car comparable in style, color, price, payment? What if there is no other car I like? Right now, I'm on the 4th day of a test drive, yet I have no car to drive today or tomorrow. I am losing 2 days off of my 7 day test drive all because of an issue that shouldn't have existed.
