I've never experienced a more positive customer service experience before. As someone who has worked a majority of their professional life in customer service, I can tell when an associate, employee, or representative is being genuine. At every stage of buying this car, every person I spoke with on the phone was not only genuine but knowledgeable, patient, understanding and fun to talk to. From the people I've spoken to on the phone, texted and chatted with, to Averey and Anthony, the ones who delivered the car, every person had a great attitude and demeanor. Everyone was empathetic, friendly, open, honest, straightforward, helpful and most important to me, everyone seemed just as happy as I was about me getting this vehicle. This is the first vehicle I've had in 7 years, and it's the first one I've ever purchased on my own without any financial support from my parents. This car means the world to me. After 8 years of addiction, 5 years of homelessness and 2 1/2 years of sobriety, this car is the bridge between my past and the future I never thought I would see. So for someone to be just as stoked as I am, means alot to me and makes this whole thing feel so much more personal and less intimidating of a purchase.
