Carvana is an awesome service and the car I purchased is great for the most part. A guy named Charles dropped it off, and he had excellent customer service. The overall experience was a positive one. However, the car I bought arrived dirty. There were stains on the seats not mentioned on the site and dirt in every little crevice of the interior, including the cup holders. But the thing that bothered me the most was the pet hair. The inside looked like two dogs took a 2 week vacation with the windows down. Everywhere I looked was hair; the ceiling, the seats, the carpet, the dash, the center console were all covered with animal hair. And I mean EVERYWHERE. There were also a lot of little scratches inside from dog claws not mentioned on the site. Charles agreed the car was dirtier than it should have been and said I could be reimbursed for a detail of up to $100, which was nice, but I've now had it detailed twice and on top of that have wiped everything down myself and wasted nearly two whole lent rollers to expel the hair. Needless to say, I'll be picking out dog hair for the life of the vehicle. I like Carvana besides this, and I realize I could return the car in the 7 day window, but I really like the car and want to keep it. I just thought a car I was spending quite a chunk of money on that's not even 3 years old yet shouldn't have come to me in that condition. Or at least, a disclaimer could have been added on the site, like 'hey, this car once belonged to a dog owner, buyer beware.'
