As always, my experience with Carvana was great. There was only one issue. The car I purchased had not been gon through. I own an automotive repair facility, so naturally I inspected the vehicle when it was delivered. The oil in the car was not fresh, in fact it was very dirty. So I did an engine flush. The air filter was not what I would call "passing" and the windshield wipers wouldn't clear a path. Finally, the car was filthy inside. Like it had never been touched. Imagine being super excited to get something and having it show up so dirty that you didn't want to touch it. I had to pay my detailer to clean it. So, very disappointed in the inspection process and vehicle prep that was done. I still love the car and enjoyed the delivery process, but definitely recommend Carvan change the way the prep cars for delivery.
