I can't say enough wonderful things about my Carvana car buying experience. First of all, my car is AWESOME! It's in mint condition. I took it to my mechanic and he said that my car was the first car that he has ever inspected and had NOTHING to report. There were a few minor issues I had, like no owners manual, no second key and my delivery was a few days later than originally scheduled BUT Carvana made it all right. They paid $475 for a new second key, sent me a brand new owners manual and reimbursed me $25 a day for the late delivery. Every customer service representative I spoke with, was so very helpful and understanding. AWESOME, AWESOME experience......I would highly recommend Carvana!!!
