I bought this vehicle a week ago very excited, love the vehicle. 3 days later I found out the the right windshield wiper not working , the tires in the front are different manufacturers from the back tires, and the biggest disappointment is that the convertible roof top does not align properly when closed. This is a $62,000.00 car.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my Carvana car buying experience. First of all, my car is AWESOME! It's in mint condition. I took it to my mechanic and he said that my car was the first car that he has ever inspected and had NOTHING to report. There were a few minor issues I had, like no owners manual, no second key and my delivery was a few days later than originally scheduled BUT Carvana made it all right. They paid $475 for a new second key, sent me a brand new owners manual and reimbursed me $25 a day for the late delivery. Every customer service representative I spoke with, was so very helpful and understanding. AWESOME, AWESOME experience......I would highly recommend Carvana!!!

This is first time to buy a car online, it turned out a great buy experience . The car as described. The customer service is excellent. The only issue is my local DMV will not accept Carvana's withhold sale tax I have to paid myself and get refund from Carvana. Also the registration instruction is not accurate for my state. Overall it is an excellent buy experience.

The procedure was as simple as could be. It could have a few rough edges knocked off. Rough edges were:
1 - The vehicle was delivered to me in need of a mechanical repair. I believe the problem was noted by the person doing the delivery, Thanks to the delivery person but delivering a vehicle with a fairly obvious problem shouldn't happen.
2 - It took me a little while to figure out how to take care of the problem. Four or five emails returned not one lick of information. At first glance at on-line information it appeared that I had to take the vehicle to a place that specializes in selling tires. I actually went to one of these preferred places to discuss the problem where I was informed that I would have to take the vehicle to a specialist repair shop. The problem ended up being easily taken care of (maybe - physically hasn't happened yet so we shall see)
