This entire car buying experience couldn't have been more pleasant. I found the car I was interested in on Carvana through a websearch. I'd never seen the company before, but they had a car I was interested in so I looked. The website was great with high resolution 360 degree pictures that accurately reflected every aspect of the car. They even pointed out the most imperceptible blemishes. I called for clarification on several items and was always greeted with a friendly associate that did everything to answer my sometimes difficult questions. Both Carfax and Autocheck reports were available for me to view. I decided to buy it. Since it had a 7 day no questions asked return policy, I had nothing to lose. I was able to sign the paperwork in advance which sped up the delivery process. On the day I was to pick it up, a driver met me at the airport, brought my to a brightly lit bay in downtown Atlanta and allowed me to inspect the car. It was clean, serviced including an oil change and ready to drive home. When I was satisfied, they handed me the keys for a test drive. I returned happy, was handed the paperwork and that was it. No hassles at all. The entire transaction took about 40 minutes. It only had one key and they even paid for a new key and programming to make it work!
