- Gabrielle C.AUG 27, 20162013 Mazda Mazda3Athens, GAIt was the easiest purchase ever! Entire process took maybe an hour, delivery included. I have been telling everyone how easy this was. Carvanas financing beat my banks rates, and I love that I have 7 days to make sure I love my car. I mean it when I say I will never buy another car from a dealership ever again. Bryan, my delivery guy, delivered my Mazda 3 exactly when he said he would, to the minute. I picked up my car on my lunch break, and was back on the road in my new car in less than 15 minutes! Bryan thought my Mazda mats were a little dirty so he replaced them for me. My car was delivered spotless, and with a manual in the dash. I cannot reccommend Carvana enough. Literally the best experience ever!Read More5.0 OUT OF 5
- Ilja M.JAN 22, 20142012 Mazda Mazda6Alpharetta, GAI bought a 2012 Mazda 6 from Carvana last week and my experience was exceptional with just a few minor hiccups. - I have started the process at the bar on my cell phone and, although the mobile version of the site still lacks a few features, such as full search filters and defects highlight in the 360 views, I was able to narrow down on the car I was looking for - I've got as far in the purchasing process on my phone as taking a photo of my driver's license and uploading it to Carvana, this gave me another 24 hours to complete the transaction at home next day and discuss it with the family - Next day I have shown my car and corresponding truecar/edmunds prices to my family, we all really liked the fact that we are getting a 1.5-year model with everything we were looking for at an affordable price and can spare 3-4-hour pre-owned car price negotiation at a traditional dealer - I also really liked all the transparency with the pricing and the fact, that Carvana only got 3 simple lines into the contract - price, tax and $88 registration fee - I did not have any trade-in, so can't comment on this - Financing option with Carvana was a breeze, I was able to find the right deal for me while still on my phone during the first phase of purchase - So, I was ready to check the car out, but had to drive to New Orleans (from Atlanta) for 3 days for a Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds concert and chose the car to be delivered to my home a few days later - No questioned asked, no pushy salesmen on my back to try to close the sale before my trip - truly appreciated! - A little detour, I was looking for an affordable sedan about 2-4 years old, under 15k, with decent looks, nice drive and Bluetooth hands-free and audio - Saturday, about 1 hour before the delivery time, I get a call from carvana that they are about to deliver the car in 40 minutes - great accuracy, considering all Atlanta traffic :) - Get the car, inspect it, go for a drive, like it, but there are some strange DSC lights, that remain on the dash, made me really worried - I'm saying, that I love the car and drive, but can't accept it with the dash lights making a Christmas tree on me - The guy is really trying to help and turns the car off and on and it looks like the dash is happy now, may be the car didn't quite liked to be strapped at the wrong time? - I'm deciding to give it a 7-day proper test, at this point - First things first, delete old Bluetooth pairings and connect my Nexus 4; Took me 2 attempts to make it work w/o reading the manual - really good in my book - OK, my phone can have hands-free, stream music from Google play, Bitcasa, Pandora and MOG - I can also have navigation running at the same time as Bluetooth music and it'd lower the music volume for me when navigation instructions are there - OK, enough about my car, let's get some of the other important items - My car came with a $10 quarter pack for possible toll booths - When it came to refilling the car, I have found a $25 Visa gift card taped to the gas intake, cool!Read More4.7 OUT OF 5
- Stephen R.APR 16, 20182014 Mazda Mazda3Santa Rosa, CAInterior was far worse than I expected - certainly did NOT get a 'premium detail' as advertised. Body damage and rust that was not disclosed. Premium features (Navigation) were advertised and not included. No User's manual included even though the "Carvana Certified Program" says it will be. Yet they always seem to have some explanation as to why its not there fault. I could have sent the car back to Carvana since there was so many issues - but I would have had to pay a third party to return it. The actual buying process was smooth I will give you that. But if you are comfortable negotiating a price at a regular dealership and know how to read a contract then this is not much better. I bought through Carvana because I couldn't find the trim/mileage combo I wanted anywhere else. This process took a few weeks to finish - you could have driven off the lot from a dealership and they would have the registration paperwork done much quicker. Communication was sub-par through the whole experience. I had to call in to get updates even though I was promised that they would reach out with them. Though every time I called I was given some new update. I still have no idea if my registration paperwork was received or if they are working on that. I am outside their "local area" so I paid for it to be delivered. The delivery driver was about 8 hours late and originally gave me less than 5 hours notice (when Carvana tells me the drive will give me 12-24 hours). Had to take work off to get home by an agreed time - then he doesn't show up for another 8 hours. No call, warnings, nothing. I had to call him a few times before he answered (voicemail box was full) and he was mad at me for thinking he would be there by the time he told me. Overall I probably would not use Carvana againRead More2.5 OUT OF 5
- Mary W.JAN 17, 20182016 Mazda Mazda6Knoxville, TNI needed to replace my very old Camry, but I was very picky about what I wanted. First off, I wanted a manual transmission, and those aren't easy to find anymore. I also didn't want a car so loaded with bells and whistles that the price was sky-high. I was able to find a 2016 Mazda6 with very low mileage and a manual transmission at a reasonable price. Searching for, selecting, and buying the car was a seamless process. Within a couple of hours of making the decision to replace the Camry, I had selected the Mazda6 on Carvana and started the buying process. The car was delivered to my door, and the young woman who delivered it was absolutely delightful. I'm loving the new car so far. Hope it turns out to be a good one, but time will tell.Read More5.0 OUT OF 5
- Tracy D.FEB 14, 20192016 Mazda Mazda6Centreville, VAWe had test driven some cars locally and found a make/model/year we liked but no one had one with the trim line we wanted. Enter Carvana. We found one with reasonable mileage and decided to buy. I can't imagine how you'd buy a car here if you hadn't first driven a similar car. Some parts of the process were difficult, like completing third party financing. It was difficult being in the middle of this transaction, back and forth relaying messages. Next, picking up the car, trying to get to the location during rush hour. We thought seeing it come down through the tower was going to be cool, but is just took extra time; consider the delivery to your door option. After taking possession, we started seeing things that were missing - owner's manual, navigation system manual, part of the tire jack assembly, and a second key fob (though admittedly this was in the description and I didn't see it). These are things you take for granted will come with a car. After driving the car for awhile, I could see a few more things that hadn't been cleaned so well, and a piece of plastic broken off (still trying to figure out where it is supposed to go). All in all, it is a respectable car and the price was decent compared to local availability, and without the excessive mileage. I usually buy new so this was our first used car purchase and maybe my expectations were just a little too high. I also thought it took too long to process the registration and get the license plates.Read More4.0 OUT OF 5
- Michael R.MAY 19, 20192017 Mazda MX-5 MiataBonaire, GAI was looking for a Mazda Miata MX-5 but I didn't want a new one. I also knew that I wanted my Miata in the Soul Red color with the manual soft top. The local Mazda dealer was only checking for cars in state. I went on the Carvana website and they had the perfect car at a great price.. I contacted an Carvana customer representative and two hours later I had a car locked in and a definite delivery date. I love the fact that its a fixed price - no dealer prep, no hidden charges and they handled the entire registration process. And the delivery process is actual fun. Several of my neighbors came out of their houses to see what was going on and to congratulate me on my car purchase. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had.Read More5.0 OUT OF 5

- Andrew R.JAN 23, 20172014 Mazda Mazda6Buford, GAI've been looking online at used cars for some time. Once I whittled it down to the make/model/year, I visited several dealerships and test drove a few. I had varying experiences at the dealerships. One wanted me to commit to purchasing the car prior to taking it to my mechanic for inspection, with the caveat that I could break the purchase agreement if something was found. Really? Commit to buying it? Another dealer charges a "documentation fee" of $600. For what? An hour's worth of paperwork? Another showed me a car that a) was clearly owned by a smoker, and that was not disclosed, b) had a burn hole in the leather back seat, and c) had a blown speaker that was covered up my turning the stereo's balance to one side. Then I found Carvana. You can see any blemish with a close up image. There are not hidden fees. They deliver the car to your driveway, and you have 7 days to return it if it's not exactly as described, no questions asked. In my case, there was a problem with the key fob....I guess they were not up to their quality standard. So, they emailed me saying delivery might have to be rescheduled. However, they called back and not only kept delivery on-time, but delivered it with 3 key fobs! Outstanding. They even take care of the paperwork with your state, so you don't even have to go to the DMV. They'll mail you your plates! I've already told my neighbors about this. This may be the only way I ever buy a used car again.Read More5.0 OUT OF 5
- Jeffrey J.MAR 23, 20172014 Mazda Mazda6Brandon, MSI bought a car from Carvana about a month ago. Everything went just as they said it would. No surprises, no issues, no spending all day at a dealership! The car was ready on the day it was supposed to be, I went and did a test drive, signed my name on a couple of papers, and was gone in about 30 minutes (including the test drive time). Car tag arrived as promised and I could not be more pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend to anyone. So easy, it's almost scary!Read More5.0 OUT OF 5
