Picked up my 2016 Mazda Miata MX-5 from the Atlanta store. In and out in 30 minutes, very pleasant staff. This is how car shopping should always have been. NO pressure, low key, friendly staff and the car was meticulously reconditioned and sold at a very competitive price. Can't say enough how much I enjoyed the process. Will never buy a car from a traditional dealer.

I totally enjoyed the whole Carvana buying experience. Everything was so easy and the staff was very helpful in helping me finalize the deal. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. There was one detail that disappointed me. I was disappointed that the car was not any cleaner than it was. I would have thought it would have been detailed but it wasn't.

Carvana delivered my car on time at the designated location. It was as described online and Ebony, the delivery driver, was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed.

The bad: I really, really wanted this to be a better experience than going to a dealer. I reserved my car on 9/4/17 and it said it would be available in 3 days. There had been no change on the status of the car so I sent an e-mail and on 9/20 they replied that they were waiting on documentation. Still nothing so sent another e-mail and on 10/8 I was told they were still waiting. On 10/27 I was given the two day evaluation (they didn't tell me my two days were running. I just happened to go to the web page). (Notice in the nearly two month wait, Carvana didn't send me any proactive e-mails telling me what was going on) I purchased the car and scheduled the delivery for 10/31. They called two hours later and said they had to reschedule the delivery for 11/3 because the battery had died in the key fob and the car wouldn't start. (Really??? Apparently it takes three days to change a battery) The good: The delivery was very professional. I love the car.

My car arrived about 1 week ago. Exactly as described. Quick, easy purchasing process and fan tasting customer service. Seth arrived with my car and answered every question before leaving. He was great and very friendly.

I found just what I was looking for, at a reasonable price.
