Overall, I thought Carvana did a very good job simplifying the usual torturous process of buying a car. But it wasn't quite as seamless as pitched. First, my bank wasn't on Carvana's approved list, so I couldn't transfer the funds electronically. Instead, I had to go to the downtown branch of the bank I use and get a cashier's check. Second, there was a 6-day delay in the scheduled delivery date. And now I am informed that the registration paperwork is going to be delayed a bit. But, all that said, I really liked not having to deal with sleazy car salespeople and not having to drive from dealer to dealer to take test drives so short you can't get enough info to make a truly informed decision about the car. I like the fact I had an entire week to "test drive" the car, which was in really good condition (just as advertised). Finally, the delivery person was very nice and well-informed.
