Used Mazda MAZDA3 with Hands Free

The process was seamless and easy. When I had questions, I was able to get them answered with one brief phone call or email w/o waiting. The online buying process took about 30 minutes, and the time I spent picking up the vehicle took less than an hour (which includes all my questions--which happened to be answered on easy-to-read infographics they handed me w/ the paperwork). I had the vehicle itself checked out by a 3rd party mechanic that I trust. I was expecting him to say, "You'll want to make sure you keep an eye on this," or "this may need to be fixed at some point." Instead, he said, "It's a really great car, and if you like it, you should keep it." That sealed the deal. Super happy w/ Carvana.

Great experience. Super clean car - in good condition - cheaper than other dealers. Give a 4-star just because the second key and floor mats were missing (floor mats were shipped to me later and the warranty paid for the second key). Otherwise it was a really great deal, 7-days test drive - great customer service - car delivery.

My 2013 Mazda3 had a great price on Carvana, compared to local dealerships, competing online dealerships, and Craigslist. Once I received the car, I had it inspected by a dealership and they said it was a fantastic value and in great shape. It only came with one key, which was an issue. Fortunately, the 3rd party insurance that came with the car for 45 days after initial purchase covered another key in full.

Glad I found out about this site. Local dealerships had the make&model that I was looking at but was unable to budge to the price that I would be willing to pay. Carvana already had it around that price. With a referral discount, it was even cheaper. Got the process started online, talked with customer service throughout all the steps, and drove the vehicle less than a week later.

I couldn't believe it was so easy to buy my new car! I'm so proud of myself for this purchase. The process was seamless, the customer service agents were awesome, and the reps that brought my car were just as awesome! You can tell the company takes care of their employees. And if they care about them, I'm confident they care about their customers. Oh and did I mention the cool care package?! I felt so spoiled!!!

It was the easiest purchase ever! Entire process took maybe an hour, delivery included. I have been telling everyone how easy this was. Carvanas financing beat my banks rates, and I love that I have 7 days to make sure I love my car. I mean it when I say I will never buy another car from a dealership ever again. Bryan, my delivery guy, delivered my Mazda 3 exactly when he said he would, to the minute. I picked up my car on my lunch break, and was back on the road in my new car in less than 15 minutes! Bryan thought my Mazda mats were a little dirty so he replaced them for me. My car was delivered spotless, and with a manual in the dash. I cannot reccommend Carvana enough. Literally the best experience ever!

By far the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I ever made. Still have peace of mind with the 7 day return policy and the 100 day warranty.

I bought a Mazda, the car was delivered in excellent condition, and Casey who delivered it was very friendly. After a quick test drive I signed some papers and had my new car. He even cave me a gift card for a free car wash because it was raining when the car was delivered. No pressure, no salespeople, it was an awesome car buying experience.

The car had everything I wanted, drives great, is a gem to look at, and was easy to buy! What more could you want??

Although it was unusual to make sure an important purchase online first, the entire process was great. I felt in control and respected. I'd gone to dealerships before to try and trade in my Passat for a car. I was talked down to and supremely frustrated. Carvana has made the process easy and enjoyable. I was able to finally get a Mazda3 within my price range without being frustrated.
