Initially I felt a little rushed with uploading things with a deadline within a day or two at like 9am when I work full-time including insurance coverage right with my trade-in and the new car -- for coverage 3 days prior to my delivery --so I couldn't keep my same plates and the insurance company screwed it up a few times. The deadline was pretty quick but the Advocate was able to change it a couple of times with no issues. Overall after all of that, it was very easy, the contract was clear and there was nothing hidden, and I didn't have to leave my house! The delivery was on time, the person delivering was professional adn was able to come earlier which worked out for me, and we signed papers outside, then he gently drove the car off the flatbed and took my trade-in, double checking everything. It was an amazingly easy process and hassle free. My car is 2 years old but practically new with 10,000 miles! Price was reasonable and loan through Carvana was as expected. I highly recommend checking out your car trade-in value and buying through Carvana!!
