This was the best car buying experience as for the ease and convenience, the vending machine was broken in Frisco, TX but staff did their best to make up for it. The varying APR based on metrics needs to be more fairly reviewed as it is not fair to have to pay as much for a 2010 as one would for a 2015 just because they may not have the money to pay a large down payment up front. This was unfair, but the experience itself was excellent.

I was suffering from the car buying experience with local dealers and their prices being a moving target. Then trying to deal with private citizens on Craigslist. It was so stressful and horrible. I went on their website and put in the parameters of what I was looking for and found in only a couple of days. They were 100% transparent with pricing and the condition of the car. They shipped it to Phoenix from New Jersey at no cost to me. On the morning of arrival, just as promised the Carvana truck drove up to my front door with my new (2015) Lexus with only 30K miles on it. It was more beautiful in person. I took it for a test drive and loved it. I came back and they were waiting. We completed the paperwork and was done in less that an half hour! I jut finished my 7 day trial which I could return the car for any reason whatsoever. I keep it of course. Best car buying experience of my life. I even posted my experience to all my friends on Facebook. They actually saved me just shy of $2000 !!! Try it, you have absolutely nothing to lose!

Have had the 2015 Lexus GS350 for about 2 months now and couldn't be happier with the car or the process. The car was in excellent condition and the price was reasonable. Not having to deal with the used car shopping hassle was an even bigger plus. Only negative was that Carvana did not identify a few of the minor chips (they were a decent size) on their website.
