This was the best car buying experience as for the ease and convenience, the vending machine was broken in Frisco, TX but staff did their best to make up for it. The varying APR based on metrics needs to be more fairly reviewed as it is not fair to have to pay as much for a 2010 as one would for a 2015 just because they may not have the money to pay a large down payment up front. This was unfair, but the experience itself was excellent.

I took it for a test drive and loved it. I came back and they were waiting. We completed the paperwork and was done in less that an half hour! I jut finished my 7 day trial which I could return the car for any reason whatsoever. I keep it of course. Best car buying experience of my life. I even posted my experience to all my friends on Facebook. They actually saved me just shy of $2000 !!! Try it, you have absolutely nothing to lose!

Have had the 2015 Lexus GS350 for about 2 months now and couldn't be happier with the car or the process. The car was in excellent condition and the price was reasonable. Not having to deal with the used car shopping hassle was an even bigger plus. Only negative was that Carvana did not identify a few of the minor chips (they were a decent size) on their website.

I bought this 2015 RX 350 a week ago. This car came with clean outside and inside. Everything is pretty taken care of. The car did come with a few scratches, but not obvious at all. I picked up the car in the Carvana vending machine, and the guy there was pretty nice! All the picking up process went quite smoothly. Also did a mechanical check at a Lexus dealer, came back with a excellent report. The financing is also pretty easy. One thing to note, Carvana provide free carfax report. Everyone wants to buy a car should take a look at that report carefully. Make sure the car has been done regular maintenance.
