Used Lexus RC 350

I admit I was cautious about buying a car, sight unseen, over the internet but Carvana was perfect! The Lexus was better than shown on the site and every person I talked to went out of their way to help. When tires on the car were found to be cracking, Carvana paid $1500 for new ones. They paid to have the car inspected at the local Lexus dealership & everything was perfect. Folks at the dealer were especially interested in my Carvana experience! I am a process engineer & the Carvana process is refined. The only problem anyone would have is if they don't follow the process exactly.

I bought my car about a month ago and am so happy with the purchase! The carvana staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Caylen McDonald, who delivered the car.

Great customer service but their lack of knowledge on loan policies of a major bank ruined the experience. Car had to be rescheduled for delivery three times. I'm sure this would have never happen to anyone else.

This was the easiest car purchase ever. The online process was intuitive and clear. All interactions with the Carvana staff (on the phone and in person at delivery) were friendly and professional. I am a completely satisfied customer and will definitely refer family and friends.

Loved the NO HASSLE approach, they are efficient, friendly and excellent service I will never buy a car from a traditional dealership
