Used Lexus NX with Manual

This has been the best experience ever to buy a car. I was so hesitant about buying a car due to the on the lot hassling from car sale men. But, one day when I was searching on line, I came across Carvana. I found the car I saw myself driving with the assistance of the great 360 degree images. I immediately put my information and got the approval and the car was here in 2 days. The sales rep that manages the Columbia, SC is one of the greatest customer service rep and a great representation of the Carvana along with the cute and clean rollback truck that my car came delivered on. When he drove up with my car on the back, I jumped for joy and shouted, Look at my car! Carvana is definitely my new car dealership.

I loved the experience of buying my new Lexus NX200t! The car looked exactly as the site had presented it. My Carvana associate was knowledgeable and quick to process my purchase. The only thing I didn't anticipate was a near-empty tank of gas, and only one key fob with batteries that I had to replace within a month. Other than that, i will definitely recommend Carvana to my friends and family for their car purchases

After the car arrived, I realized this is a stand up company with a stream line process. Ordered my car in 45 minutes. Shopped, financed, signed docs, and arranged delivery! It is to be exact one week July 22nd today. The car was in tip top shape with a few minor scratches and one slightly ding.

I brought this car 7 days ago and I am very pleased.

The whole process went so incredibly smoothly. There's not much else Carvana could have done better. The ordering process was so easy, the car was ready for pick-up at the time I selected, and the car was in immaculate condition!

When I arrived at Carvana to pick up my car there was only one person trying to help 3 people which made my appointment time run over. They also forgot to get me to sign two electronic signatures from my 3rd party finance company and asked that I drive back to Frisco (55 miles from where I live and work) to college that paperwork.
