Used Lexus IS with Manual

I brought my car about a week again. And I love it!!

I just passed my seven day trial and there is no way that I am returning my Lexus 250 C. Normally we have some severe winter weather in the North Carolina Mountains during February; however, we have been blessed with some spring like weather for the past few days, enough so that I was able to put the top down. I had it checked out by a mechanic and was found to be in top notch condition. I traded in a nineteen year old Mercedes with 188,000 miles and got a fair trade. Matt with the dealership in Charlotte was extremely pleasant and professional. As I said in my title, "this is my first experience with buying on line, but it will not be my last with CarVanna.

Scary to buy a car with limited pics and online but the ENTIRE process has been well worth it. If you know the exact make/model you want, I highly recommend them. I got a great deal through their Black Friday special and delivered to my front door, few days later. Awesome! Nice 7-day test drive. Customer service has always been nothing but top notch. Would do it again or recommend others because I plan on keeping my new car!

I brought my convaertible Friday. I knew what i wanted, did my research and found MY car. I also knew i did not want to deal with a salesperson and have my credit run a million times. Purchasing from Carvana was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had. I chose my car, applied online and because i wanted to have the better part of the car buying experience chose to pick it up at the garage. I took it for a spin, finalized all of my paperwork and was inundated with gifts and hugs from the Carvana associates. I will NEVER buy a car any other way. Thank You Carvana!!!

This has by far been the best car buying experience of my Life! I would recommend to anyone! The car is perfect and it took 5 days to complete. I will be purchasing all of my future cars from CARVANA. I'm a FAN!!!!

I will NEVER step foot inside a dealership again!!!! This was LITERALLY THE EASIEST PURCHASE EVER!!!! For once I didn't feel bad about not having the best credit or some creepy salesman breathing over my shoulder trying to sell me a vehicle that I don't want. I have already told all my friends and family about this wonderful company. If you have any doubts, don't. This is the ONLY way to buy a car! :)

I just couldn't believe how easy it was to purchase my Lexus. In less than 20 minutes I had found, and purchased my vehicle. 5 days later they work dropping off my new vehicle, and picking up my trade! I will be a Carvana customer for life!

Overall the vehicle is as advertised with the exception of a few additional scratches than indicated. The vehicle had not been detailed as described on the website but the delivery person (Jamaica) promised a gift card as compensation. Have not received to date but hopefully Carvana will make good on this promise and the gift card value will be sufficient to have the vehicle detailed as described. Otherwise, the process was easy and quick.
