Used 2015 Lexus ES 350

I bought a 2015 Lexus ES350. Through Truecar.com, I found that Carvana had the car I wanted. Their test drive and 7 day approval period convinced me it was OK to order the car online. It was delivered in 2 days to my house. Great car, great price, no unnecessary added fees.

Recently purchased a 2015 Lexus ES350 from you guys. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. No hassle, great inventory to choose from. I actually changed card four times before finally picking the ES. Not one complaint or hassle from any of F the customer service people. The car looked better than it did in the pictures when it was delivered. Can't wait to buy my next car, although it will be a while.

I purchased a 2015 Lexus es350 with under 20,000 miles and under blue book value. Carvana even helped with financing and will register the vehicle for me! My new car arrived exactly on the date and time I requested and a friendly delivery man came with all the paper work. The car drives wonderfully and is so fun. It's harder to pick a lipstick shade online. I originally picked two different cars and realized they were real wheel drive which wouldn't work in Colorado. I called and the reps helped me cancel the order and reorder the Lexus. Such a great experince.

Very glad to have avoided haggling with a traditional auto dealership and wasting lots of valuable time. Carvana was a good option for me. Only wish my 2014 Lexus ES 350 had come with the site advertised Owner's Manuel and 2nd set of keys.

I thought this was a joke at first. Everything with smooth. Every customer service rep I spoke to on the phone to delivery was outstanding. Kudos to everyone!

I have been following carvan site for obout 2 months before my purchase and I knew this was the dealership for me. I purchased the car on a Saturday and it was delivered on the Tuesday. Their APR were 2 pts lower than at my own credit union. Best decision ever. I only wished I had tested more cars in this segment but I'm still happy with my 2013 lexus es 350. Thanks carvana.

The process of purchasing an automobile from Carvana online has been the most efficient and stress fee car purchase I've ever encountered. I will definitely purchase a vehicle from Carvana again in a few years. I actually returned the first vehicle I purchased because it wasn't a right fit. I dropped the first vehicle off at the machine/Carvana Bay and there were no questions asked. The new vehicle I purchased was sitting there waiting for me with no questions asked. I'm completely happy with the new vehicle and I like the follow up from Carvana's customer service. Just like Uber, why didn't someone think of this years ago!

How can anybody return a car in 7 days!!! the people makes the differance thay were EXCELLENT....she want me to be happy she even change the wood & leather shift knob how it came from the factory talked office mgr..... floor mat look to be brand new that Jordyn check out for me......even the lady that deliver my car explain all the paperwork to the T...... The car even had full tank of gas!!! Then when I went to put gas in it and found gift card for another 25 dollar for gas or what ever.... wow wow wow..... Even bag of goody for the road. bottle water in cupholders...CARVANA ALL THE WAY.... I WILL NEVER BUY A DEALERSHIP AGAIN.... THANK YOU TEAM CARVANA!!!!! A GREAT 2013 ES 350...THE ONLY THING The owner's Manual is 908 pages long

After going to 4 or 5 different "stealerships" dealing with rude, unprofessional, incompetent sales people I decided to try Carvana. I was a little hesitant at first so while I went through the steps online I was also on the phone with a very helpful and courteous young lady who walked me through the process. It only took about 15-20 minutes and I was done! The next hurdle was seeing if the car was going to be as good as it looked in the pictures. The car arrived exactly on time and the driver was extremely nice, professional and personable. The car itself, a Lexus ES 350 was in near mint condition. Way better than I expected and thousands less than similar cars for that year and mileage. This is a great concept and a great experience. My only question is when is this company going public so I can buy stock?

I personally hate going to a dealership, now with Carvana I can look for the car I want and have it delivered or picked up with zero...zero hassle. Prices and great and customer service was excellent. Would recommend to recommend and have told all my friends about this amazing experience.
