I bought a 2013 Lexus CT200h. It was easy. I financed through my credit union. The only thing that kinda of sucked is that my car was suppose to arrive Saturday but they had a computer glitch so it didn't arrive on time. Carvana was nice enough to provide me with a rental until my car came in but I didn't need it. Car was scheduled to be picked up on Tuesday but I got to pick up on Monday. The vending machine experience was pretty awesome, my son was pretty excited about putting the coin in the machine. Gave the car a test drive before I signed my contracts. So far I'm am super stoked about my purchase. The car runs perfect.

This car buying experience was the best I've ever had! Great communication from staff the whole way through, with that said the third party delivery was the worst part as the driver did his drop off on his time and when he wanted. I understand Carvana is not directly over this process, so as for the Carvana team thank you for making each step easy and the great price with an amazing car that looks great and runs great! As for anyone reading this review if you have ever been to a dealership you will be in heaven when you go through Carvana, as long as you are able to have your paperwork for the financing process it's as quick as you make it!

Browsing for a car was quick and easy, and once I decided which car I wanted the purchase process was also painless. I applied for a loan from my bank Friday afternoon, was approved Monday morning, and picked up the car Tuesday afternoon. My credit union interfaced with Carvana so they were able to transmit documents back and forth without me having to act as the middleman. Got to take the car for a spin before starting the 7-day trial, and haven't found any flaws yet. It's hard to place a value on not having to visit dealerships and put up with harassing calls from their salespeople. But even without that, it's a great value.
